I gave them a call and immediately, I heard from Chuck, who visited my home several days thereafter. Full on enthusiasm, he meticulously presented the various available shutter options, while thoroughly and pragmatically answering each of my questions. At the end of the consultation hour, I had my shutter choice selected for the first floor of my home. After the initial visit, I continued to inundate Chuck with questions. Chuck answered my questions promptly and with detail, while even making a second visit to my home, to further assist with my additional questions. Then came the installation, which was just as seamless and expeditious of a process. Kevin was both a professional and a master of his craft. The entire installation for nine (9) large windows was completed without a fuss, while the rough-in was superb. Kevin effortlessly displayed a combination of craftsmanship and artistry in his installation, which is a rare set of skills few possess.
