If you order AYCE, you get an initial plate of one rib, 5-6 sausages, 3-4 brisket slices, two sides and a cup of tea. The fried okra was perfectly breaded and not over seasoned. Casserole so good too - couldn't finish all of it because I was focusing on the meat. No refills on sides! I'm super picky about ribs and these are just the right consistency. The sausage is also the not mealy type, which I prefer. Then comes the brisket... both the marbled and lean are fantastic. The smokiness on all the meat is great. At the end you get a small cup of banana pudding, which is a nice end to the meal. FYI the bbq only lasts until 2 or when the meat runs out. We showed up a little after noon and it was pretty busy. We got our food around 12:30. By the time 1 pm rolled around they were out of everything but sausage and brisket.
