I tried to keep giving her excuses that it's fine it ain't that deep but now the whole 2 hours has passed and I quiet literally felt so uncomfortable and unwanted by it all. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of money for me. I also didn't feel guilty about not tipping because my experience was genuinely uncomfortable and not at all what was advertised. I actually feel bad leaving this review because everyone was nice, and everything else about the place was great. I'm leaving this mainly as feedback for the business. Either the description of the service needs to be more accurate, or the massage therapists need to be trained so the service actually matches what's being advertised. After this experience, I personally wouldn't feel comfortable trying their other services because now I'd be wondering whether those descriptions match the actual service either.
