As someone who has tried many different massage parlors and spas, I highly recommend Seven Falls…read more It's excellent -- everyone on the staff is so kind and welcoming, and I've had nothing but positive experiences here. I especially cannot recommend Jason enough. I've been dealing with chronic back pain for almost two years, largely from extremely tight back muscles due to lifting, slight scoliosis, and spending all day at a desk as a lawyer. I've tried just about everything at this point (physical therapy, chiropractors, muscle relaxants, etc.) and nothing has solved the problem. I've now seen Jason three times over the past five or six weeks, and the difference has been incredible. I usually book a 60- or 90-minute targeted deep tissue massage focused on my back, shoulders, and neck. What really sets Jason apart is how attentive he is. Every massage has been a little different because he actually takes the time to figure out which muscles are especially tight, where the knots are, and what needs the most attention that day. He's incredibly thorough and clearly knows what he's doing. He also regularly checks in about the pressure, which I appreciate because I prefer pretty firm pressure. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm actually making progress with my back pain rather than just getting temporary relief. I am not waking up with bad pain all across my back and shoulders anymore. At this point I am booking regular massages with Jason every 2 weeks. If you deal with chronically tight muscles or want a really effective, targeted deep tissue massage, I highly recommend Seven Falls and also Jason. He's phenomenal!

My experience here was... interesting, to say the least. I read so many great reviews before coming…read morein, but surprisingly, hardly anyone mentioned what I experienced except for maybe a couple of people. First, the good: the place is clean, pleasant, and welcoming. The service is good, and everyone was sweet and courteous. My friend and I had planned a little foot massage day, and this place was convenient, so we decided to give it a try. For me, a foot massage means exactly that - a FOOT massage. Something relaxing and comforting, especially for people who walk a lot or are on their feet all day. Your heels, arches, and the front of your feet are the areas that really need that nice pressure and attention. That's kind of the whole point. Unfortunately, the description of the foot massage was very different from what I actually received. And just for context, I'm definitely not new to massages. I've had foot massages in many different cities and countries throughout my travels, so I have a pretty good idea of what a foot massage is supposed to feel like. This was NOT a foot massage. I feel bad saying that because my masseuse was a very sweet lady, but she spent almost the entire time intensely pressing and poking my legs with her fingers. It genuinely hurt. I asked her to go easier, but I don't think she understood what I meant. She seemed to think I wanted less pressure overall, when really I was trying to explain that her fingers were literally poking the heck out of my leg bones. Meanwhile, my actual feet were barely touched. My heels? Not once. It was mostly constant rubbing and finger pressure on my legs, which was honestly the opposite of what I came in for. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of money for me. I also didn't feel guilty about not tipping because my experience was genuinely uncomfortable and not at all what was advertised. I actually feel bad leaving this review because everyone was nice, and everything else about the place was great. I'm leaving this mainly as feedback for the business. Either the description of the service needs to be more accurate, or the massage therapists need to be trained so the service actually matches what's being advertised. After this experience, I personally wouldn't feel comfortable trying their other services because now I'd be wondering whether those descriptions match the actual service either. Really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, this one was a no for me. Sorry, but no thank you.

I visited iSpa, and it was such a unique, relaxing experience. We tried the hot and cold plunge,…read moreenjoyed a body scrub, and spent time in the forest room and salt room. We also had lunch, and it was amazing! The hair wash was something I had never experienced before, and it made the visit feel even more special. They also offer massages, so there are plenty of ways to unwind. If you're looking for a day to switch off, relax, reset, and release, iSpa is definitely a place to check out.

I used to go to iSpa pretty regularly and was even willing to drive over an hour to get here…read morebecause I loved the atmosphere so much. They put a lot of effort into recreating the feel of a traditional Korean village in their jjimjilbang and rest area, and it really does make you feel like you've been transported to Korea. The women's soaking pools are also spacious. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was really disappointing. The jjimjilbang rooms were noticeably cooler than I remembered. Most of them were barely warm enough to make me sweat, and even the hottest room didn't feel hot at all. At first, I assumed something was malfunctioning, which I would have completely understood. However, I asked the front desk and was told that these are going to be their regular temperatures moving forward because they had been cited by the health department for the rooms being too hot. I understand that they have to comply with health department requirements, but for someone who specifically comes here for the traditional Korean sauna experience, this completely changes the experience for me. If I'm going to a sauna, I expect to sweat. The LA weather outside honestly feels hotter than some of the sauna rooms now. It's unfortunate because iSpa used to be worth the hour-plus drive for me, and I genuinely loved coming here. The atmosphere is still beautiful and unique, but without the heat I expect from a Korean sauna, I don't think I'll be making the drive back.

Visited the new location, as I had been to the old one a couple of times. They really got…read moreeverything running and put together in time considering how recently they changed locations. The massage was great, lights were dim, and overall very calming environment. Felt great right after, they really helped with the knots in the upper shoulder, if you want more intense pressure, make sure to let them know. Will definitely be coming again for more especially with their discount. The sauna treatment was also nice, same one as the old location. However I believe they are still doing some construction, therefore the room can be put together and cleaned a little bit more. But it does not affect the sauna experience itself. The only thing was the bathroom/shower room isn't as nice as the original location. I understand that they are just settling in and the facility is different. I hope they get the opportunity to remodel it nicely similar to the style and size of the original location. It has the potential to be cleaned up nicer, with more amenities like large towels and a hair dryer. Definitely check out the new location, we were happy to support and hope to see the final results of the place once they completely settle in. Didn't mention this in my other review, but the prices were great. It would be cool if they offered some sort of membership or discount for frequent customers.
