The lines for the service centre (printing/shipping) is often super long with only 1 person helping. Even once you get to the front of the line you'll likely be met with someone extremely rude and unwilling to help with even basic tasks. Today I went to do a return where the provider clearly stated that Staples could print the label for me at this location but the staff refused to do so, even after I explained that I had done this at other Staples locations. She was rude and unhelpful during the whole interaction. I was forced to print my own label and then spent time waiting for the rep to return to complete my return while she ignored me and served another custom who had come into the line after me instead. Super frustrating experience every time and I definitely won't be back.
