Where should I start... On Saturday, January 24, 2026,…read morearound 3:36PM, I believe the manager, Gabriel, called me to schedule an interview. I was unavailable at that time because I was busy, and he left a voicemail for me. I was busy throughout the week, and I decided to call the manager on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at approximately 8:30PM, just before the store's closing time. My intention was to speak with a manager to arrange an interview, which I estimated would take no longer than five minutes. What made the situation more frustrating was that I made multiple attempts to reach a manager in-store but couldn't get through. I then spoke with an employee working in the Printing Services department to ask for help in connecting with the manager on duty. This associate seemed unfamiliar with Gabriel, the manager who works in the same store. He told me there was another manager named Ryan, but I wasn't sure if that was accurate. The associate claimed Ryan was his manager and offered to transfer my call to him. After about two minutes, the call disconnected unexpectedly, and I couldn't reach anyone afterward. What I find perplexing is why the manager didn't email me to schedule the interview directly. It seems unreasonable that I had to go through so much trouble just to end up speaking with no manager at all. Ultimately, I have decided that I am no longer interested in working at that specific location. I hope the nearby store can contact me to set up an interview.

It is a great place to take your kids to stock up on supplies; crayons, binders, pens, folder, construction paper, it's all here. But do expect to pay more than you would at one of the dollar stores nearby. (I'm sure there's a quality vs. quantity argument to be had here). I usually frequent this place when I'm in a panicky rush. Like when I suddenly run out of paper and must print something right away. It's also a convenient place if you need to do some quick (pretty cheap) photocopying. I've also used this place for sending long-distance faxes because they don't charge as much as Cards N Such (a store that's actually closer to my place) for long-distance faxes.

This time I did not get the usual email confirmation that it was ready for pickup. I checked Amazon and they said the package had been "handed to a receptionist". I went to the store a few days later and spoke to the owner. He pulled out a large square flat box but when I asked him to check if my name was on the label he wouldn't and referred me to the clerk who was currently serving another customer. That clerk checked the system but there was no record of my delivery. I got a refund from Amazon, and reordered the item to be delivered to my home. When it arrived, the box was exactly the shape and size of the box the owner had pulled out. I can't prove it but I'm convinced that it was my package and the owner was the one who received it and didn't log it in to the system. Will never go there again.
