Here's the Scoop: Every year during this time of year Staples has a big sale for school supplies. Marble notebooks are 89c, loose leaf paper like $1.89, pens, markers, rulers 25c, computer paper, everything you need. Most teachers School supply lists are there on hand just in case you forget yours at home. Teachers can also apply for the rewards program. Points rack up quickly and can be used on purchases. It's a win, win. Prices are really reasonable and quite the excitement as you look around and see kids running around helping their parents fill up their cart. Floor salesman are all over the store smiling and assisting in helping you find what you need and also to keep the lines moving. I've always liked staples and have shopped here for many years for office supplies as well. Hurry in and get what you need during this sale time. This is the time you save big bucks$$$$.

I've been in there several times lately for printing services. Jenna does an amazing job. She's very helpful and nice to work with.

Had a crazy experience at this kiosk! Owners wife was just terrible! Terrible customer service & I…read morebelieve it's because she didn't want to give me the warranty I was probably owed! All I did is ask her what I had and she accused me of being nasty which I wasn't & I even said I apologized if I came off that way but I wasn't! She went off on I'm not helping you! This was a total scam! I obviously was a repeat customer because she looked me up in her system & found me! Buyer Beware!

DO NOT TRUST STREET TALK IN SMITHHAVEN MALL -- Worst Customer Service Experience EVER…read more I had an absolutely appalling experience at Street Talk in Smithhaven Mall. I paid $100 to have my daughter's phone screen replaced, and within just six months, the screen began peeling off at the top. When I returned to the store, they claimed they couldn't locate any record of my purchase conveniently forgetting the service they charged me for. Instead of honoring their repair, they demanded another $70 just to glue the screen down. They said a replacement would be free if the issue recurred within 6 months. Spoiler alert: that was a lie. Two months later, the same issue returned. This time, they did find my record yet refused to stand behind their work and demanded another $100 to replace the screen. Seth, the owner and manager of all Street Talk booths in the mall, flatly refused to help. When I attempted to advocate for myself, he became condescending and dismissive, even insinuating that I "didn't understand English" a deeply disrespectful and racially charged remark, made in front of my child. Security had to intervene (thank you Chris and Joe), and I was told to call mall management, Street Talk USA corporate, and even file a police report. That alone speaks volumes. I returned one last time seeking resolution, and Seth literally told me to go away. I later visited Zaag, another store in the mall, where they immediately diagnosed the issue Street Talk had used excessive glue, causing the screen to lift. Zaag cleaned the mess and replaced the screen without hassle. Professional. Transparent. The total opposite of Street Talk. Seth printed a receipt with fine print about "physical damage" voiding the warranty, yet there was no physical damage whatsoever. Their own system noted I had a 6-month warranty, and this was within two months of the last repair. Street Talk's actions weren't just dishonest they were abusive. Avoid Street Talk at all costs. Between their bait-and-switch pricing, false warranties, rude and prejudiced behavior, and refusal to make things right, this was the most disturbing customer service experience I've ever had. I will never go there again and I strongly urge others not to support a business that operates with such blatant disregard for decency and integrity.

My iPhone 13 had a battery life of 83% so I decided to get the battery changed out. I chose you…read morebreak I fix only because I thought that the battery replacement would be cheaper than Apple store. Turned out not to be true, but since I was already there I turned over my device. When I get my 13 back it was malfunctioning in multiple ways and somehow those ways kept getting worse to where it felt like the phone was shitting out on me. I called up the store and explain the issues and was met was surprise. The person said I've never heard of that happening before due to a battery change. they suggested that I bring it in, but since they were the ones who broke it and didn't seem to know what was going on I decided against that. I decided just to get a new iPhone and trade in the 13. The trade-in value on our 13 mini iPhone the time of this writing is $150, however Apple wouldn't give me the $150 because they said that the screen had been replaced. I didn't ask for the screen to be replaced, but a non-OEM screen on my phone may have helped explain some of its crappy behaviors. So it cost me $150 for the new battery, and I'm out $150 for the trade-in For that reason, I'll never use you break I buy again. I thought to take my Xbox is in there to get them clean, however now I'm afraid they'll steal my parts or screw up my device. Amateurs.
