I dropped something for Amazon and got what I thought was a coupon for right then. I asked the guy at the register and he said oh no you have to sign up on the app first. But he didn't tell me as I couldn't use it right then. He made it sound like I could use it right then, now I have a coupontoo that have expired because your expiration dates are so small. I got a Staples to drop off for Amazon and I might buy a thing or two. I bought more than I would've. If I had known I couldn't use the coupon right then. As a matter of fact, I don't even see the coupon anymore because it was 20% or $20 off of $60 worth of stuff. Not cool. read more

I went to Staples for passport photos. The photos I received were not accepted by the passport agency because they were taken from too far away. Luckily, the passport agency was kind enough to take my picture right there on the spot or I would not have been able to get my passport and would have missed my upcoming flight. I would not rely on Staples to provide this service if you need it to be done right the first time. Awful service! I was told to speak to supervisor Louis. He told me he was busy and sent me to the printing department to speak to supervisor Kelly. Many supervisors but no one wanting to help solve a problem.Kelly was very arrogant and said this is just how it is. This was the perfect way to lose customers. kk read more

In the past, Staples was the place I would go to make copies. NOT ANYMORE! Besides the fact that their copiers are set to a more expensive paper (24 cents per copy) as the default instead of the "economy" setting (18 cents per copy) and that on any given visit, more than one of their copiers is "Down", it is hard to keep going back when you have to wait for help, and then the help provided doesn't fix the problem. (Paper jam, out of toner, payment pad not working.) Instead you are told to try another machine! I wouldn't mind waiting for help if the help actually helped. The icing on the cake was being charged for incomplete packets because of paper jams. It took multiple tries to get two complete 10-page packets and then I was charged for the two plus two incomplete packets. When I waited on line to ask for a refund I was told they would need my copies. No problem IF the legal documents with personal information were shredded, but NO, they wouldn't shred them, so out I walked paying for incomplete work and poor customer service. I' going to the UPS store less than half a mile away on Rt 24, where there is BETTER service, WORKING machines and all at a LOWER cost. read more

They have plexiglass set up between the stations to promote distancing, as well as distancing markers throughout the store. read more

Just great service here! I was on vacation about a month ago and the staff here was so helpful. The selection was perfect and the store was very clean. Returning an item with 16 month old daughter on my hip. I proceeded to the costumer service counter. One staff member behind the counter continued to walk off even after a decent amount of eye contact had been made. I remained at the counter for approximately 7-10 minutes with none of the 3 staff behind the counter even acknowledging our presence despite making eye contact. Another few minutes pasted by and a cashier getting ready to go on his lunch break inquired if I had been helped. I explained that no and I simply needed to return one item. The cashier pointed me to a check out and explained that returns can now be made at any register. Five stars for the cashier and no stars for what appeared to be management behind the counter. read more

Tech/Repair Desk is worthless. An 86 year old friend bought an iPad THERE only for us to find out 30 days later that the software was corrupted rendering the iPad inoperable. Not only will they not assist with Apple products they wouldn't even let me plug the iPad into one of their many computers to update the software. My friend does not have a computer so we had to go to a computer cafe to make the update. Just know anything you buy there, you're on your own if a problem pops up. I'd choose zero stars if possible. I have frequented this location and spent a lot of money in this store on various products always receiving subpar service. Elderly cashier was extremely rude today suggested I didn't know how to use the credit card machine time and time over. Saying every insult loud enough for everyone in line to hear. I notified him he did not need to be rude and I didn't appreciate his remarks. Will be taking all business elsewhere and reminding other local businesses as well. read more
