I went to a Staples a few evenings for the first time after many years not being to a Staples location. This location is a Winners and a Burger King. The people working there seemed nice. There seems to be a lot of new things they sell since I visited a Staples (such as snacks and coffee which I might buy some whenever I decide to go there). This location is so big that I had kind of had a hard time finding a small storage container that is not for a locker or have a tall(ish) side. This is probably because there was no signs at the ends of each aisles (or it is just me not looking up at those signs if they are any). Also, it seems dark in the store compared to the outdoors and there seems to not have may staff around the aisles, except for the front of the store. read more

Poor customer service long wait time, they have a system were they text you 15 mins to when you will be call they skip that, and if you are not there with in 1 min they miss your turn and it doesn't matter if you have waited 3 hr, very poor service poor process need more staff to help with long ministry issue, that are time sensitive some people don't even get serve on the day they arrive read more

Never use this location. I cannot contact them by phone. I tried. No answer. I used their purolator service for an Amazon return. NEVER do this. What the staples person did not tell me was that if I go through Canada Post I will get the refund almost immediately, but through purolator no. I got no tracking number or anything and stand to lose 860 dollars if this shipment gets lost. When I tried calling Staples it was one voice assistant after another, no human being will pick up. When I tried contacting Purolator there was a 45 minute expected wait time. All I wanted to do is to ask one lousy question to the person at the shipping counter at this location. I cannot do that and have to physically drive there to do it taking what will be 45 minutes. I will never shop here again. What awful service - they do not pick up the phone! read more

I got two custom print jobs done at this Staples location. Once was done with a gentleman named who was competent, helpful in cutting paper at a custom size (I needed A4 at the time). The total job cost me $11 for about 20 sheets. No problem. The second time I went in there, I got a lady who was kind of rude. I gave my job to her and she quickly filled out an order form, but didn't bother to mention that having same day service meant I would end up paying extra $0.60 per sheet. Just told me she is doing another larger job worth $700 and I would have to come back later. For a job that totals around 92 pages, that extra "same day" charge managed to inflate the cost of my job greatly. When I went to pick up the order, I was handed my job by a different person again. I was shocked at the price - nearly $38! I was only told then that I had elected to pay more for same day service. This did not happen the first time I went there. No price jack for the same day service, nor the $3.99 bulk cutting charge. I also noticed there was a cutting error on one of the pages, but when I asked for it to be redone, I was given a blank stare and a poor attitude. Eventually, almost begrudgingly - they redid it. Heaven forbid a customer asks for an adjustment on a job! It's quite normal for customers to ask questions about how they were charged and for normal edits to jobs if the copies don't turn out correctly. The employees at this station act bothered and one of them actually flat out named my job as "tedious." Um, sorry? Clearly you had no problem having me pay for the extra work. If you go to this location, ask for Yanni. The others in this department have a terrible attitude and seemed burnt out. read more

In terms of using the printing station, I didn't have a great experience. But it wasn't awful. But I was looking for a very specific pack of pens and an associate helped me find those pens for a good 5 minutes, checked the back and shelves. She was extremely friendly and when she couldn't find it, she price matched and gave me a discount. I believe her name was Emily, so if you need help, seek her out. Don't use the Printing Station, I almost lost my job trying to get something printed here. Completely untrustworthy!
