This store has service that varies on the time of day and the time of year. At times every employee you pass asks if you need help and at other times you can't find someone. When they are short-staffed, which can be often, employees are too busy and try to avoid you. Perhaps the machine isn't working at the Amazon return counter and the frustrated worker's feeling of inability to help you in a timely manner makes it seem like he/she doesn't care. It's a shame because this is a good location for the business and people want to go there for the driving and parking convenience. I've given them a 5-star rating early last year but my overall average experience is just 3. read more

Well, it's Staples, right? My last visit was to make some copies and send a fax. In these instances you're usually waiting for a station to become available. This location has about 10 stations, so my wait was about one minute. The machines work well and are pretty user friendly. However, at $2.15 per page to fax...well, that's way overpriced. I didn't have an encounter with any of the staff this time, but they're usually pretty helpful when you need them. One less star for being overpriced. read more

I would not recommend this location due to poor customer service. I placed an order online that shipped in two shipments. When I went to pick up the packages the cashier only gave me the second shipment because he didn't see the other shipment (though delivery confirmed it arrived). I asked the cashier to double-check since the package slip showed it was the second shipment's items only, but since he didn't "see" the other package in-store he told me everything was in the box. I got home to see I don't have everything and called the next morning to confirm if the other package was in-store (it was ). When I went to retrieve the package the next day my order had been returned since no one picked it up in time........... Money and time was wasted due to a negligent employee. read more

This is the worst staples ever, is this where they send all the incompetent workers. Print and copy service sucks, doing it online doesn't even help.. They wait until you go in to make your copies anyway. Don't bother calling about anything because they don't know anything about another department either. Just to find out if my copies that i put in two days ago are ready, i have to wait and call back at 2pm because no one is there until 2pm. I haven't received an email saying they were ready, and they were supposed to be ready by 7:30pm yesterday evening. I had a bad experience today at Staples when I went in to have a package delivered via UPS. The associate asked the pertinent questions related to my shipment but she spoke so low that I could barely hear her. I felt like she was doing it deliberately. She walked away to staple the receipts together and I thought she was returning to get my signature as that is what was supposed to happen but instead she stepped over to start taking care of the next customer on line just leaving me foolishly standing there at the register. Service was HORRIBLE at the print center. One thing I hate is not being acknowledged. When a customer walks in, it doesn't matter how busy you are a 2 second greeting and letting the customer know you'll be with them in a moment goes a long way. To not say anything and pretend as if the customer doesn't exist really grinds my gears. The assumed manager needs retraining because she was carrying on and stating "what is all of this !?" to the staff and "you guys do know it's 8:30" I'm utterly disgusted ! On a positive note, when going to check out after having to ask what is their protocol on paying for my printed images , I went to the cashier who was seemingly present. I wish I was to have gotten everyone's name especially the cashier so he can have some sort of incentive. Hopefully you guys can put a date and time to this review and he can get the recognition he deserved. Super pleasant and helped me out with some grace, in which I appreciated very much! I went to this location on JULY13th to print some docs, nothing major. the copy and print center only had 2 machines out of 5 working. then out of those two, one kept glitching. A women copying many pages out of a book was on the 1 none glitching machine. waited in the copy and print center for about ten minutes then decided to walk around until the machine was available. Went back to the print center 10 mins later, the lady copying a gazillion pages out her book was gone off the machine. I'm like great! finally! I can print these 13 pages and be on my marry way. I get to the empty machine, as I'm going to get my print code the MANAGER victoria runs up or speed walk to me to get me off the machine so MS I'm copying an entire book can resume. The manager approached aggressively, till the point we are both touching. I was startled and stepped back. I said why did you fly up on me like that? She ignored me, I then went by the shipping center where she went over to after helping the book lady. I said again " why did you fly up on me like that?" she began to deny her approach, dismissed my dissatisfaction, and did not provide any accommodations nor try to assist me in any shape or form. After doing that she walked away. I've called corporate, received 1 phone call about it to redocument the event. No further action has taken place since. The cherry on top of it all the book lady was caucasian, the store manger Caucasian. I MYSELF NOT OF THAT DEMOGRAPHIC, DENIED SERVICES PUSHED ASIDE SO THE CAUCASIAN WOMEN CAN FINISH PRINTING PAGES OUT HER BOOK, ALTHOUGH SAID MACHINE WAS EMPTY :) Lovely. read more

SUCKS. I was there for 25 minutes. The woman behind the counter decides to bounce back and forth between shipping and copying. I get it. They are understaffed. But to process all 3 separate customers at once for shipping was ridiculous. Instead of processing one at a time completely and finishing one at a time completely ...she had us enter our information into the computer one at a time...then wait for the others to enter our information. She then informs us ever so sweetly that we have to work as a teato. THEN she measures our packages, tells us the measurements and has us remember them and repeat them back to her when it's our turn. I'll be awaiting my paycheck from Staples for my role in this team effort. read more

This place is pathetic. I have avoided this place for 2+ years, but somehow forgot how you could make even the simplest things inconvenient. Had to cut and spiral bind a book. Monday afternoon- went in. Had conversation "no problem" Then they cut the binding off. Then, after they cut my binding off, they told me it would take 4 hours to do. After a few hours of me wasting time waiting to pick up this binder, they called and told me that they couldn't do it until the next day. Fast forward 1 day. Called staples 3 times, each time getting put on hold and then hung up on within 10-15 minutes. That was a waste of 40 minutes. Decided to just go in and ask/take my binding-less book somewhere else if they weren't done. When I got there it was done. Paid and left. When I got home, I realized they were nice enough to bind the ENTIRE BOOK except the covers ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE PAGE. So that is cool, now I can read my entire book backwards. Went in to buy a desk. Was encouraged to have it delivered, a week later. Gave special instructions to call cell # since buzzer was not working. Waited all day! They come at 4:30p (I happened to go to window then) but they don't call. Truck leaves. Customer service says they can deliver next day! Between 8-5 again!! I don't trust the staff in the store. Either they are clueless or liars. On Tuesday, They advertised clearance $36.50 for Apple TV 4K 64gb. The cashier tried to sell me an AppleTV for $179.99 bcz he claimed they were out of stock. The cashier lied by telling me that online or another Staples would have the item. (What he failed to mention that the apple tv as an older version that Staples was no longer going to sell. I found out thru an online chat.) He made sure to tell me to come the next day since a shipment would be in the following morning. When I went back only to waste my time, lo and behold the clearance sign was removed. I wonder if it had anything to do with me contacting corporate because this seemed like a bait and switch. I asked about the alleged clearance Apple TV since the sign was removed. I was told it was sold out and not getting more, but the Apple TV price is$184.99. MY QUESTION IS SO WHY WOULD YOUR STORE HAVE AN OUT OF STOCK ITEM ON CLEARANCE ON DISPLAY? If I can give zeros stars I would.. I've been in this store several times over the past year and the service is consistently a needs improvement. Today I totally understand why. After waiting in the copy center for 40 minutes the general manager walks over to see what I need. I explained to her I've been waiting 40 minutes and she responded "maybe 30 but not 40" I asked is there someone who can help she's answer" me but I'm the GM" she asked me to wait 5 minutes as another employee just walked in. I waited another 10 and started walking out. The same GM asked me to wait another 5 minutes as the employee was "here" the service at this location is TERRIBLE!! Walked in at 2 pm and left at 4:40. One person with one customer ahead of me in the copy center. The young man promised a two minute wait which turned into two hours. Everyone that subsequently entered the store was helped but I was told - 'I didn't forget about you"! And each time I became invisible. Being elderly and handicapped didn't get me any brownie points. By this time, four associates arrived but... still no help for me. It was only when I finally got up from the chair to walk out service was provided. Perhaps more employees are needed. The supervisor Samantha spent no time on the floor assisting her staff. There were a handful of people attempting to accomplish a variety of tasks from copying to printing to shipping. The two employees working looked too bored to be bothered and made very little attempt to help, even avoided eye contact when I clearly attempted to call out for assistance. When I finally got someone to pretend to care after 10 minutes, while looking up information she needed, she left me to make a phone call. They need to know basics. I came here to have a details insert card to put with my wedding invitations. I was told the process would be quick, a few days at most once the design team had put something together for what i want the insert to look like. Over a week later and nothing. Each time i call, I'm put on hold forever. Correspondence regarding the status of my order is horrible. Customer service is horrible. I finally get proofs after stalking these ppl forever and i send it back for a simple correction. Why does that take an additional 4 days, even with the weekend and i still don't have it at this point? I'm supposed to be sending out my wedding invitations this week and this young employee tells me she's not sure where my order is in the cue so ill just have to wait......ummmm no. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend these services unless you're working on anything besides snail pace. They need to step it up or hire more capable people who can do the work. read more
