im such a fan I had to add this business so this is a part two of my story to find a clear desk mat for my work station, was very happy to at least leave with one mat from this location(system said they had three) and by the end of the transaction I had two employee's and a manager scrambling to find more of these mats for me. I wasn't too happy that the store didn't have the inventory, but I was very impressed with the extra mile that this team went to, to try and make me happy. very happy with the effort that was shown by this team, and I would love to go out of my way to come to this location in the future! read more

Very nice lady working in the Copy + Print department who bound my materials quickly and efficiently​.

My antivirus is expiring today so I called these fine upstanding citizens to order a new one so I could pick it up at the store. Obviously they are out of 1 device packs, was expected so I have to pay a little more big deal. Then I am told the only way to do it is online. I do not have a credit card and was told I could not be helped. I cannot express to you how many stores I have used recently that have the ability to interact a purchase at their door for curbside pick up. Why would it be expected that a company that actually deals with the products that allow companies to be progressive have the ability to serve all customers. Take your business to a store that wants to treat all people equally, regardless of your financial position. Take care, stay safe. read more

I'm only reviewing the Copy and Print department at this store. I'm a regular local customer, I print business cards, posters, flyers, labels etc from here almost every other week. I didn't want to do a negative review, but after months of repeatedly same service, I'm finally fed up and will now look for another store that can deliver on time. The print centre is never too busy, yet they will never print anything until we call or show up. The maximum time they are supposed to take to print anything is 6 business hours after it is ordered. I usually order at night, and they are never printed even if we show up at 5 pm the next day. We always have to wait or go away for 30-45 minutes for an average of 10-20 sheets (posters) per order. On the website, there is an option to choose whether I want images cut to crop marks. Most associates there will not cut, and by the time we pick up, it's too late for us to wait another 30 minutes while they cut (which should take probably a minute if they have a cutter). One associate wanted to charge $15 extra to cut them because that's extra work for her. If this service isn't offered, then why would staples give us the option? Today is the last day I will ever go to this store for my printing services. It's 3pm, I needed some important flyers for this afternoon. Needless to say, we already turned back once because they haven't started yet, and we should come back in 30-45 minutes. I would understand if they were busy, but that never seems to be the case.
