Worst Staples I've been to. They definitely need more employees on floor. All I wanted to do was print paper and for some reason their printers were down and when you go to ask for help there's literally only one employee doing passport photos, cashing out people, and helping people. You have to wait literally 30+ minutes to be attended to which is insane. I ended up having to go to another Staples just because this location was really bad and had really long wait times. read more

We went into Staples to get Passport Pictures. We needed 5 Pictures each for my wife and me. We were told it is 27 Dollars for 2 Pictures and we would have to pay for each set. That comes to 3 Sets each, 6 in total... 162.00 Dollars. It took the woman not even a minute to take the Pictures.... My wife asked if we would get a discount. Answer was no and we left. We drove to a small Mall and found a small Store and they charged us 32 Dollars. 1 set was 4 Pictures and they charged 12,75 per set. So Staples is charging 5 times the Money for the same service. We will never spend a cent at Staples again. read more

I was at this location dropping off a package for Purolator. I was in line waiting with others when an older women just cuts in front of everyone and says, °I just have a question." I would not have minded if it was just a question but she proceeded to tell the person at the desk that she wanted to speak with the manager because the way the shipping line and desk was organized was wrong and that she knew the head honchos at FedEx/Purolator and she needed his name to report him for being rude. I was appalled at her behaviour and commend Nadim, who told her he WAS the manger, for keeping his cool. He told her she couldn't cut in front of the line and behave this way. She was just vile! Screaming at him and complaining that the whole setup was stupid. I've seen people acting this way in reels posted on social media but this was the first time I experienced this for myself. This review is based on my online purchase return because customer service is whatever at this location. Staples is among the more eco-friendly company which tries to do everything paperless and hassle free. All you need for the return is the pdf packing slip which is sent to your e-mail after your item(s) have been shipped. With the purchase order number, they'll type it into the system and your purchase information will load onto their system. They'll verify the item(s) to see if it matches. After going through the whole process, they'll identify the amount returning to you. BEST PART! You do not have to pull out your credit card used for the transaction because it will automatically refund onto the card used. read more

Conrad has saved me from disaster on several occasions, today being the most recent, when my Dell computer (2 years old, so yea, last Dell I'll be buying) hard drive crashed. After just over 24 hours, my computer is back in my hands, my data restored and a new hard drive (much quieter than the original -- like this one is silent vs the grinder Dell provided) installed and Windows up and running. Sure, I have to reinstall some programs, but it's a small price to pay considering I have all my stuff back and the computer is fully operational. Thank you Conrad, and all the friendly the staff at easytech for helping me out again. Your work and dedication is very much appreciated. read more

I brought in three prints that I had ordered from the UK I thought having them plak'd would be a good idea. It cost me 150 bucks, when I got them back they looked fine, I brought them home and realized they were all crooked and SOMEHOW one was even a different colour. Now, I know this is not staples fault, it's the company who does it (PLAK-IT) but I called the store immediately and the girl who I spoke with said they could re order My prints for me and have them done again and reimburse me my 150. When I go into the store, the girl is conveniently on vacation for 2 weeks, and they can't re order my prints for me. They did issue me a refund but that doesn't help me. I'm left with three prints that are all different sizes and THEY COMPLETELY RUINED THEM. The one copy centre employee had said to me " does it really matter? No one will notice " what the f kind of customer service is that? If you go get a hair cut and they cut one side shorter than the other, DOES IT MATTER? or do you just leave it that way? Worst customer service ever. Print Centre continues to be the WORST. Asked them to copy something to 90% of the original size.... and was continually asked "but how big do you want it to be? BIg? Small? On letter paper? On legal paper? On tabloid paper? Fill to the page?" If they don't get that simple concept, I don't need their help. I used the self-serve copier in the end, and will never use their services again. read more

to say im not happy with this location would be an understatement, I went to this location to pick up a clear desk mat for my work station. when I came to this store I couldn't help but notice that the one that I was after was on sale but not in stock, when I asked for a stock check in the back, it was met with a sigh...ok? then a manager came over to check stock, and "the system says we should have...but the location is empty" after about ten minutes of back and forth and back and forth, the manager checked the surrounding area and directed me to another location, I asked them if they could phone ahead, and they told me that the system was accurate. great location, decent parking, and a very clean store, just not very helpful staff, or at the very least not willing to go the extra mile read more

I went in to get my prints last week. Not only did the lose it, I had to wait after I emailed them my copy! They lady that assisted me for pick up was rude. After 5 mins of waiting in line she stopped her glancing up at me and told me she'll be right with me. I was finally helped by the same rude server. She asked what she could help me with, I informed her that I'm here to pick up my print outs. She gave them to me pushed package and asked to help the next person in line. She was rude and I should have said it to her face, but I'm in service to and I just held it in!!! Unfortunately her hair covers her name tag. read more

Staples Queensway employees should be put on warning. No one really needs to buy paper clips and pens there ...and Best Buy & Costco sell electronics cheaper. So when I'm standing in line behind one other customer for over 15 minutes - and there are no fewer than 9 employees standing around chatting - you are virtually signing your own pink slip. Worse still when I voiced my concern I was told by one of the "useless" that she is a manager and not normally a cashier. Final nail in the coffin.....an eye roll. Enjoy your "manager" position while the lights are still on. read more

Deserves zero stars. The only reason anyone would ever go to Staples is for document services. If it weren't for very occasionally needing to scan or print something while I'm out of the house, I would never set foot in a Staples store. Occasionally I'll buy something there just because I happen to be in the store for document services. So when you go to a Staples location and stand at the copy desk for 20 minutes because the employees have their heads down trying to avoid customers, then finally find one single station for scanning that malfunctions after 14 attempts and when asking for help, the associate takes ten minutes to get to you, repeats the same steps and says "it's not working", it's frustrating. And then when you ask if the document can be scanned behind the counter she says "yes, but I can't email it to you, I have to put it on a USB key" it's really frustrating. Instead of staffing this area of the store with two associates, it should be staffed with 5 or 6 on a weekday morning. Anyways after being told send an email to a customer was impossible in 2019, I walked out. You can keep my $4.48 for wasting my time. And now you can rest assured I'll be going to Best Buy for any of my business related expenses. read more

I ordered a poster through the staples website to be picked up at this location. Upon completion of payment, I was informed that I would receive an email when ready, and it was to take no more than 10 business days. The tenth business day came, still no email from Staples and the status of my order was "in production" as it had been since day one. I emailed customer service to inquire on the status of my order. I didn't get a response from customer service, but I did finally get the email telling me my order was ready to be picked up. Great! The next day, my wife stopped in with a copy of the email to pick it up, and she was told it had already been picked up. Anyway, they printed it off right away, which took three minutes and it looked wonderful. Just what I was looking for. My wife also asked for the matter to be looked into and she was told that the manager would be in touch with me on the next business day. That day came and went over a week ago. So I'm going to give them two stars because they did an excellent job on the printing. The other three stars were lost due to horrible customer service and lack of interest in customer satisfaction. My advice to you, the customer, is to look elsewhere if it's an important print job. I have used many print shops and the mom and pop shops have been consistently more reliable, even if slightly more expensive. If you can't afford to pay more, I would strongly recommend giving Staples at least 6 weeks to complete the job, just to be on the safe side. read more

I ordered ink online and the order went through twice after it timed me out; I returned one of the two package as soon as I received it, it's been a month and I still don't have my credit. After calling they told me their systems were down so the credit is delayed!! Unbelievable never again. read more

For someone who used to be employed in an industry that banked on convenience and innovation, I'm outta it! I had no idea we can pay directly via credit card at the photocopier machine for its use. (Even though I looked like doofus for 5 mins trying to figure it out.) It's pretty cool and convenient. The fax machine, ehh not as much. It's self serve, yes. But still I had to pay at the register for faxing. What made up for it is they have cash back. At least I was able to cross out "go to a bank machine" off my errand list. (I know, I'm a nerd!
