Bud (the shop owner) fixed my PC today and it works great! Last night I saw there was an update…read moreavailable for Win 11. I downloaded and installed it. Then, I thought it's probably a good idea to download the latest NVidia driver for my GFX card, since I had not updated in maybe a year. Turns out the latest Nvidia driver released in February 2025 appears to have several bugs. But I didn't know that and after installing the driver it didn't work properly. I tried to roll it back but the roll back option was greyed out. So I did a system restore but the restore failed to complete. I could boot up the PC to the Windows login screen but after entering my PIN windows didn't load, it was just a blank screen. I called Genius Computer Center at 9:30 AM, brought it in at 11:30 AM, and it was fixed by 2PM. Bud was friendly too. I recommend his store.

I bought a dishwasher from this store and have NEVER experienced worse customer service. I bought…read moreit in January and had to have it serviced in May. It was never fixed properly and stopped working totally in September. I started trying to get it fixed then and it took forever for them to get back to me. They said it is out of their hands and that I should deal with Whirlpool themselves. Whirlpool says deal with the Brick.
