I had an older Laptop that was in need of some TLC. After searching around Ottawa for a place I felt comfortable with, I decided there just isn't one. My reasons were that I was getting vastly contrasting stories from different vendors. I came across this business via Facebook (of all places) and gave them a call. The gentleman was really friendly and knowledgeable about my Toshiba Laptop and suggested I send it to them for diagnosis and possible fixes. I was very hesitant to ship my Laptop across the country but took a shot anyway. Was I ever glad I did. I was given an honest appraisal of what needed to be done, which included a little bit of this and that from the other vendors, and not what most said. That leads me to believe that the others were just out to make money where repairs etc weren't really needed. Very common in this business as they tend to treat you like plebes and try to take advantage of you. This is especially true of the big box stores, but that's a whole other review! I will now willingly let my laptops travel to British Columbia when they need attention, knowing full well it is in good hands.

My tires were inflated to 28psi instead of 40psi. They didnt even clean the rims before they ballanced them. The service manager has no knowledge about actual mechanics, anybody dealing in milliliters instead of millimeters for break shoes should not run a department. Poor attitude, zero knowledge and poor workmanship. Stay far far way and go to an actual shop with proper customer service and mechanical knowledge.

Finally found out that the service repair guy that works for them wasn't coming and tried to get them to replace it. No call back until THE DAY AFTER my warranty was up!! They said it is out of their hands and that I should deal with Whirlpool themselves. Whirlpool says deal with the Brick. So basically stuck with a dishwasher that doesn't work even though it was covered under the one year warranty. They won't even call me back. Don't buy from this store :(

The end result was that I bought a much better Television than I had planned. I hooked up the Samsung TV later in the morning and the picture is great. Grabbed a tiramisu which was quite tasty along with some chocolate that was relatively cheaper than other places, and got some crackers too.
