My tires were inflated to 28psi instead of 40psi. They didnt even clean the rims before they ballanced them. The service manager has no knowledge about actual mechanics, anybody dealing in milliliters instead of millimeters for break shoes should not run a department. Poor attitude, zero knowledge and poor workmanship. Stay far far way and go to an actual shop with proper customer service and mechanical knowledge.

The man in a wheelchair behind asked to go ahead and I happily obliged. He got out of his wheel chair, a little wobbly I may add, to stand and wait, but again, zero acknowledgment. I'd also like to mention this happens to me EVERY single time I come here but exclusively during the day. If I were to be leaving a review in regards to the evening shift pharmacists I would be leaving a 5 star for professionalism, politeness, and how quickly everyone gets served. The difference is quite literally night and day, no pun intended. I've had to go the pharmacy as many as 4 times in one day just to get my daily medication. I've been going here every day for almost 2 years now, and today was yet another reminder of why I'll never return at any point during day shift.
