The centre part of the store is taken up with big tables of very affordable books The card selection is the coolest--check out the super-miniature people posed on food. Hilarious! They have a point system for all their customers so you get discounts after spending a certain amount. They even have an online searchable inventory tool on their website that is very efficient. It was never fixed properly and stopped working totally in September. I started trying to get it fixed then and it took forever for them to get back to me. Finally found out that the service repair guy that works for them wasn't coming and tried to get them to replace it. No call back until THE DAY AFTER my warranty was up!! They said it is out of their hands and that I should deal with Whirlpool themselves. Whirlpool says deal with the Brick. So basically stuck with a dishwasher that doesn't work even though it was covered under the one year warranty. They won't even call me back. Don't buy from this store :(

Worst service ever. Got my winter tires put on and got told that the hub caps are rusted and that's…read morewhy they broke...they are plastic, plastic does not rust folks. My tires were inflated to 28psi instead of 40psi. They didnt even clean the rims before they ballanced them. The service manager has no knowledge about actual mechanics, anybody dealing in milliliters instead of millimeters for break shoes should not run a department. Poor attitude, zero knowledge and poor workmanship. Stay far far way and go to an actual shop with proper customer service and mechanical knowledge.
