My tires were inflated to 28psi instead of 40psi. They didnt even clean the rims before they ballanced them. It was never fixed properly and stopped working totally in September. I started trying to get it fixed then and it took forever for them to get back to me. They said it is out of their hands and that I should deal with Whirlpool themselves. Whirlpool says deal with the Brick. So basically stuck with a dishwasher that doesn't work even though it was covered under the one year warranty. They won't even call me back. Don't buy from this store :(
