I should add he was not trying to sell me on anything as they do not carry computers in the store anymore. After I made my purchase from Cosco, he set everyting up for me and transferred my info from my old computer, cheaper than I was quoted a three different places. All done in a very timely manner, with a smile and genuine great customer service. He also told me that once I was sure everything was as it should be to bring my old computer in, where it would be wiped clean and sent for recycling. Wonderful service!!

I was informed they did, but when I got to their Red Deer location I was told that they would "absolutely not" help with my issue in the most arrogant and dismissive way possible. I understand that mix ups happen, but basic manners cost nothing, and nobody appreciates that kind of attitude. They don't seem to care about inconveniencing their customers, or even extending basic courtesy, so I won't be back.

My computer completely crashed on me and they couldn't get my stuff back. This was met with a curt, "oh, well, it'll happen again anyway'. That's what the manager told me. It was only after I contacted their head office in Calgary that I was satisfied. They fixed it and I haven't had a problem since (they get a mark for that). But these jokers in the Red Deer shop have to get their act together. They don't listen, they aren't helpful and they don't care. That's not how to do business these days.
