Our subzero fridge quit after a power outage, and Midway was an authorized repair dealer. That was…read morelast September. It is February. I could not get a return phone call. Once I reached them again, they claimed the part was still not available, so I called Sub Zero direct. 26 in stock at their distributor. I called Midway back with that information, and they still could not be bothered to call back. I am shocked this company is approved for warranty work for any manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and skip past this number.

We called the office and booked the follow up appointment for the end of the week and were given an arrival window of 9-12. No sign of the technician by 12:30 so we phoned the office. We were told he would probably be along at some point. No sign of anyone by 4, so we called again and then got told our work order hadn't even been taken from the office. Called at the beginning of the following week and told them to cancel the rebooked appointment. Don't use this company if you want prompt services and good customer relations. There was no apology or explanation for the missed appointment. It's like they didn't care.

Oswaldo went above and beyond, looking in the attic to make sure he knew where the dryer vent was. He even got up on the roof to see if he could do anything. He was able to clean the screen in the vent to give us a temporary fix, and made suggestions on where to call to get the vent hood replaced. Charged us very fairly. I would recommend him to anyone.

The customer service team at this store is so incredibly poor, they couldn't even be bothered as to give him notice that his phone wouldn't be there the past TWO times they called him into the store stating it was there. Upon going today (at 12 when they stated he should come back in) they told him they had called me and notified him of the phone not being there- but that is a blatant LIE because I have not received any calls from the source in red deer, let alone any calls today. This is truly unacceptable, and once my husband is done with his phone shenanigans at this crap store I can guarantee we won't be coming back.
