Once I reached them again, they claimed the part was still not available, so I called Sub Zero direct. 26 in stock at their distributor. I called Midway back with that information, and they still could not be bothered to call back. I am shocked this company is approved for warranty work for any manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and skip past this number.

We called the office and booked the follow up appointment for the end of the week and were given an arrival window of 9-12. No sign of the technician by 12:30 so we phoned the office. We were told he would probably be along at some point. No sign of anyone by 4, so we called again and then got told our work order hadn't even been taken from the office. Called at the beginning of the following week and told them to cancel the rebooked appointment. Don't use this company if you want prompt services and good customer relations. There was no apology or explanation for the missed appointment. It's like they didn't care.

Fast forward 8 months, pull the fridge out to clean and floors are damaged again. Had a new appliance company out to look at the fridge and they found the leak in 20 minutes. Now have to replace another section of my floors, but at least the leak is fixed. Absolutely avoid this company, called them about the whole story and basically said too bad we didn't find anything at the time, not our fault.

When I went to the store to file a warranty claim, I was told to come back another time because the person in charge of claims was not available. When I returned a few weeks later, I was then told that I had to call three different stores in Calgary just to find out which one my claim had been assigned to. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I will never shop there again.

My elderly Mom and I went to look at the tables and began pulling apart the leaf on the one we were interested in while the group of employees continued their chatting amongst themselves. No one approached us or offered help at all. When we went up to the desk we still were not noticed until I said "excuse me". After purchasing the table ( against my wishes but my Mom really liked it) we turned to leave and I said goodbye but they had gone back to chatting and did not hear me. When the day of delivery came after making many adjustments to our day and moving things around to make way for the new table including getting rid of the old one we waited. And we waited, tracked delivery - on truck and on it's way. Waited and waited, it was now 8:30 pm. Called the store, no answer. In short it did not show up. We did not receive a call nor a text to tell us why. Next day I called and a boy answered after being having my story being interrupted several times I asked to speak to the manager. I got an assistant manager who went on to say that the soonest they can get it delivered would be in 5 days. She had no idea what happened and couldn't find out for me as to why there was no phone call. She also told me "I actually like old people" when I explained my parents whom are elderly would no where to eat till then. She went on to tell me that "we are not amazon and can't guarantee a delivery day or time". I again asked to talk to the manager but the assistant manager said she would get her to call me. The manager never called me. Currently we await for the next delivery date which is tomorrow. Needless to say I will be going back to Leon's for any future purchases and will not be recommending The Brick to anyone I know.

He quickly discovered a circuit board had failed and on the spot ordered a replacement. He was polite, professional, and efficient. The replacement board arrived and Ruslan returned right away to install it. All excellent service with which my sister and I were very pleased (5 stars). Unfortunately the refrigerator then did not maintain a stable temperature, but rather everything froze in the main compartment. My sister contacted Ruslan and he came again to check to see if he could find another problem. He indicated to my sister that he would look into something to do with the temperature control and get back to her. (still 5 stars). Unfortunately since that time a few weeks ago, Ruslan has been completely non-responsive to attempts by either my sister or myself to contact him. The main telephone number always goes to voice-mail; there is no response to text messages. We hope he is ok, however as customers we have become disappointed in the company's lack of responsiveness. We think we now have to turn to someone else, which leads me to objectively reassess my rating in the interest that other prospective customers be aware that Appliance Repair Red Deer may no longer be in business?

Got it installed by our plumber. It ran the first time and then we couldn't get it to run again. LG and Trail both told me that I need to get someone in to look after it. All I wanted was for them to send someone - at my expense even - but neither of them were interested in helping me out. I am very disappointed in Trail and will take my business elsewhere.
