All fine, but they never gave us any update. Had to keep calling them. After 2,5 weeks they would send it to Wetaskiwin. Also fine, accept the car was still at Wagners a week later. Now, 3,5 weeks later, we decided to pull our car out of there because our trust is totally gone. No updates, they told us 5 times they would call us back, never did. Fed up with this. As I'm from Edmonton, I was able to quiz the mechanic about the risks of driving it back to Edmonton for repairs vs staying over in Ponoka. He assured me that I could carefully take it back to Edmonton to my regular mechanic; we made it just fine. $75 for the assessment - a bargain! Very professional and a pleasant experience!
