The difference it made was just phenomenal and they completed it at a very reasonable cost considering the amount of time they spent on the job. I'd recommend them for any of your outdoor projects. They combined their hard work and skill to do a job we weren't comfortable tackling ourselves.

Elizabeth at Fairhaven saved the day…read more While I was away for Supper last week, some well-meaning (I'm taking the high-road) person carved a giant divot into the front of my over-grown Dwarf Cedar. I was referred to Fairhaven. They were there early the next day and did a fantastic job trimming the cedar so that it didn't look nearly so bad. The two young ladies that did the work were cheerful and courteous and incredibly quick. Very reasonable rates! Thank you!

I emailed back on the 18th to let them now I hadn't received any further communication. Got an email back about an hour later saying a treatment was scheduled for May 19th. So they had me on their schedule, they just forgot to tell me. I had some questions so I left a voicemail with them and sent an email, but got no reply. The next day, Friday May 19th, I got an email stating that they had performed fertilizing and weed control. I work close to home and decided to check out my lawn. Got home and saw that they had performed this service on my neighbor's lawn, complete with the little sign they stick in the lawn. Called them again, no answer. Left them a voicemail, no reply. Sent them an email explaining what happened, and to call me, no reply. As of today, May 23rd, I still haven't heard a thing. I sent an email stating that I'm cancelling their services, and I'm not paying for the treatment they did to my neighbor's yard. Very confusing that they don't have someone to answer the phone, or respond to potential customer's questions. Do not recommend.
