He told me that he was staying until 7 PM. I told him that I suspected I should be able to pick it up approximately 5:30 PM. I was running behind and I called from my office landline to tell him. My ETA was probably going to be about 6:10 PM. He said OK. When I arrived, the building was locked down. They usually lock the entire building at 6 PM, I read on the door. However, he would be able to be reached by calling his number. Extremely worried and confused, I began banging on the door. A nice lady who was letting out somebody else, was kind enough to use her phone to call the repair man's number. Apparently, he was outside the building sitting in his vehicle. When that was discovered, he immediately came inside the building again and proceeded to surrender my phone to me and accept payment. I made sure I told him how unprofessional he was, to cause me such anxiety. He should have been watching for me outside the building if he was unable to wait inside the building. But, for him to have told me he was going to be there until 7 PM was an out right lie. He actually believed that I owned a second cellular phone from which I called him, when I announced I was running late, and expected me to call him at his number once I arrived at the building. Sorry pal, you might carry more than one cell phone, but the rest of us sure don't. What a jerk. The camera is fixed, and it was very reasonable, just under $50. This would've been a five star review had it not been for the fiasco that took place when I picked up my phone.

The customer service team at this store is so incredibly poor, they couldn't even be bothered as to give him notice that his phone wouldn't be there the past TWO times they called him into the store stating it was there. Upon going today (at 12 when they stated he should come back in) they told him they had called me and notified him of the phone not being there- but that is a blatant LIE because I have not received any calls from the source in red deer, let alone any calls today.
