The keyboard on my old ASUS computer recently crashed and I was told it was unfixable. Obed…read moreBarrios, the service tech very patiently walked me through what I should be looking for in a new laptop and even wrote the specs down for me. I should add he was not trying to sell me on anything as they do not carry computers in the store anymore. After I made my purchase from Cosco, he set everyting up for me and transferred my info from my old computer, cheaper than I was quoted a three different places. All done in a very timely manner, with a smile and genuine great customer service. He also told me that once I was sure everything was as it should be to bring my old computer in, where it would be wiped clean and sent for recycling. Wonderful service!!

Honest customer review: This month i purchased a gaming pc…read moreand MSI monitor from this company, when i got the monitor and pc home and unboxed them i found that the monitor had a dead pixel smack dab in the middle of the screen. The very next day i called in and brought it up, they said they would warranty the monitor as i had just purchased it the day before, Only to tell me over the course of 2 weeks that they cannot find me a comparable monitor and that they would give me the money back and told me to go find my own as MSI was not bring one with my specs out until at least December. When i asked if i could just use this one until they could warranty it with a comparable product when released, i was informed that no i would need to bring it immediately as they would sell it to a different client at a lower value while disclosing the pixel issue. They never took into consideration my time, travel, customer tenure (as i have purchased previous gaming pcs from them). At a known risk of them likely also not honoring their warranty on the pc i also purchased on the same day, (as they did not truly warrantee the monitor and now i will forever have one with a pixel burnt out in the middle of the screen), i felt it important to share this experience. It is clear to me

I came in to replace some printer ink and through some miscommunication I brought home a cartridge…read morethat was incompatible. I had unboxed it and placed it in the printer, but there was no way to print. I packed it all up and went back to exchange it for the correct cartridge the next day only to have the cashier and MOD tell me it was empty. There was no possible way for me to 1. Print at all 2. Use the entire cartridge in that amount of time. I returned a half hour later with the real empty cartridge that I was trying to replace but the MOD kept rudely suggesting I had used it. I asked if it was possible I was sold an empty cartridge and the cashier said they don't sell open cartridges, but had told me earlier they couldn't do the exchange because they couldn't resell an empty cartridge. I kept expressing that I had nothing to benefit from trying to exchange my cartridge, I just really needed to print for school and they said again suggesting that I used it and nothing they can do. I'm out 20$ + the amount I now have to pour into the college for the ability to print. Either I was sold and empty cartridge, they lied, or there was a major error, either way as a broke college student, I'm out 20$.

A complete and utter rip off ! If you want to throw away your money than go here. i was having a…read morefan issue and brought it here because i drive by this place every day so thought hey i may as well because its convenient. So when i take in down stairs to him he asks me whats wrong with it and i tell him that its my fan and i was the guy on the phone, as I'm telling him this he plugs my computer into his network and monitor. Keep in mind my computer worked perfectly without any fault whatsoever before bringing it to him. As he turns his screen on it went blue and froze then wanted to dump all the files. he tried it again and it did the same thing then he was like i guess it needs a new hard drive which will cost you 250.00 plus my time and the fan which is 35.00 as i have a part from a old computer for you. I took it home and tried it there and the computer was fine except for the squeaky fan, i took it back to him in which case he did the same thing and it portrayed the same stuff again, i asked him why it was not doing that at my place and he said he wasn't sure. Its almost like he has some kinda set up to sc*ew people out of there money that don't know much about computers, needless to say he didn't get my money and i took it to a friend that replaced the fan for a six pack and ever since the computer has been fine!
