I have to say, a very poor customer service, there poor actors. The quality with in this store sucks. one of the worst storage of cigars I've seen in a long time. There dry, have to keep them in my humidor for at least a month before I can enjoy them. Most I have seen are broken, cracking, just a very poor quality standard in my opinion. The prices are a bit on the high side. to be honest, there needs to be a better place in Red Deer to buy a good cigar. Will never go back here, even if it was the last place on earth. Poor customer service, I've never felt completely blown off, that me even asking to see the torches was a complete inconvenience to her existance for such a rude snobby girl to have worked here for over 2 yrs blows my mind she had no information on any of their torches, her unprofessional demeanour gives this store a bad name. I am a medical patient in here to spend my money and buy all I was met with was cold confrontation for no reason at all. Ended up purchasing the item from the manager becuase I had no other choice buyers remorse, they got my money anyways. read more

went in today just for some papers and hemp wick and turns out i won the draw for a 4/20 giveaway!!! was very surprised and even more stoked but asides from that i love coming to gords when i get a chance, i always leave with a smile on my face and look forward to visiting, this is a beautiful store aswell! great selection and great prices and employees are always very kind!! 10/10 read more

Very very expensive for products. Can't say I will be back unless I am desperate. A grinder in here with a spin handle is $75.00 where at Kush Klatch in Edmonton the same one is 49.99. Also any vaporizer parts are very highly priced compared to Hemp in Stuff (which has their own ridiculously inflated prices on certain things). Staff was friendly and accommodating for sure but I cannot justify the pricing in here when the same items are much cheaper elsewhere. I won't say in Red Deer per sey but there should be better competition for our business here. read more

I don't even know how to roll, but I've gotten suprise bag things. Which are cool but I've gotten 1500 rolling papers. Only 4 stars because they have a large selection of cigars, they are however way over priced ! the prices of there cigars are insane ! For example if you know anything about prices in the states than come here and buy from Gords smoke shop you will choke on your own spit at the difference. I would estimate the difference to be close to 60% higher than state side and you cant tell me that postage is going to throw it out that bad. Also if you like bongs and stuff than this your place. Awesome customer service and knowledgeable staff! The girls here really put the effort into finding what will work best for you. If they don't have the answer to your questions they'll find someone who does. I haven't been disappointed with service or products, will definitely be doing all of my smoke related shopping here from now on. read more
