As they lived out of town they were not able to be at the store within 14 days to exchange it for another color. It was 3 months and the product was still new inventory. It had not been discontinued and was currently stocked. It was reutned in original bag and with receipt. They would not give a store credit, or even exchange for a different color. The client did have additional products at the register that they were going to purchase but decided against this due to the behavior of the staff and the return policy. Please be aware as I have had clients with issues with this store before.

I was looking for specific items, and not only did I get what I wanted, but I got the advice needed for anything else that came up each time I went in there. And most recently, I had a question about a bulb (not a cheap one) on a fixture that kept having to be replaced. Without me saying anything about a lack of satisfaction, seeing as I knew it was nothing they did wrong, they replaced the bulb free of charge. That is going over and above the call of duty in my eyes. They also suggested a good troubleshooting strategy. Can't wait to get more reno's done!
