The technician Karim (can't recall how it is spelt, sorry) really explained what and why he did what he did with my computer. Another technician that looked like a young kid helped me out with some questions too, he was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. Over all it took only two days to get my computer back. It's definitely working great now :)

( I know I'm using old phone iphone 11) I didn't answer as I was busy finding the docs to print. Afterwards, she told me that if I want to upgrade my phone I can come and visit them. " I said, no, thank you ". Is this the way how she talks to customers? She's rude! I am so upset :-( . Sorry Staples, this is my first time to treat that way.
