The guy who was there named "roberto" told me that they gonna update a software "without erasing anything from" After a 3hours I showed to get my phone, and I was shocked because Everything was deleted from it : my family pictures and videos, my work documents, my contacts...literally everything. Then roberto, called someone else to tell me a pile of meaningless excuses of what he did.. He said that roberto doesn't know nothing about phones repairing, he's there just to talk to people, and he didn't told him nothing about saving my data before starting his shitty job, even it was montioned on their repair details sheet. Just stay away from those unprofessional guys, if there's less than 1 star, I'd give it to them.

But they tell me these guys canibalize everything. Which means the computer you buy, probably doesn't have the insides the body of the machine might indicate. My computer completely crashed on me and they couldn't get my stuff back. This was met with a curt, "oh, well, it'll happen again anyway'. That's what the manager told me. It was only after I contacted their head office in Calgary that I was satisfied. They fixed it and I haven't had a problem since (they get a mark for that). But these jokers in the Red Deer shop have to get their act together. They don't listen, they aren't helpful and they don't care. That's not how to do business these days. Avoid this place, but if you must, be very aware of what you're purchasing.

I have been driving to Sylvan for a number of years to shop at this lovely Country Store. I have ALWAYS been treated with nothing less than professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness. The shop is full of merchandise to decorate your home or cottage with a country style. There is nothing in this store that spells dollar store so I believe Holly is not being honest in her views. If you had a bad experience then I feel bad for both you and your husband but again I will state that you are lying about what the shop has to offer. Nice try though!
