There is a lady whom I asked how to print my docs., she gave me the card where to email while I'm searching the docs in my phone and she told me " Oh! You're still using very old phone ." ( I know I'm using old phone iphone 11) I didn't answer as I was busy finding the docs to print. Afterwards, she told me that if I want to upgrade my phone I can come and visit them. The rudest customer service. It's like suffering a punishment even having to go in there. Just look at the complete misery on other customer's faces when you walk in the door. After your spend 15 minutes fighting with their wonky (hardly every working) printers, they will happily charge you three dollars to do it for you. Of course, if you don't want a 20 cent charge on your credit card, you can pay $1.00 to use your bank card. The South Location denied my use of the washroom. I spoke to the manager Stephen, and was told that They have stopped allowing people the use of the wash room due to theft. He reluctantly said I could. I called the general manager on Monday and she said there was no policy restricting the use of the wash room. Employees were just not wanting to be bothered. Fantastic experience getting my computer fixed. Less money than Best Buy by far and better customer service too. The technician Karim (can't recall how it is spelt, sorry) really explained what and why he did what he did with my computer. Another technician that looked like a young kid helped me out with some questions too, he was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. Over all it took only two days to get my computer back. It's definitely working great now :) read more

This afternoon my wife and I visited this location to look at Android devices. While looking at one on display, I accidentally set off the alarm. After a bit a sales clerk arrived. He disabled the alarm and seemed irritated. I asked a few questions and decided to take my business to Best Buy. read more

I just purchased a new computer from this store. The two technicians who helped me were excellent, making sure that they understood all of my requests for how I wanted it set up. When I got it home, the remainder of the setup which I had to do proceeded smoothly. I'm sorry the other reviewer had a bad experience, but this is not the first time I've used Staples technical services, and they've always been top notch. I've purchased nearly all of my technology products from Staples and have never been disappointed. read more
