I wish there was a zero star option. I went to their sample…read moresale in March to purchase my wedding dress. I picked out the perfect dress that had a smoke lining to it in my eyes. The entire time I was with the consultant I was saying that I didn't want a white dress. However, when I received the dress it was completely white and I felt pushed out of the store and told that the dress only came in one color. Believing it might have been the lighting I left the store since they were not helping me. When I got home and did some research I realized that there was in fact 2 colors. I didn't understand that "LATTE" was the color of the dress I tried on and simply signed the contract with the color "IVORY." I told the consultant that the sample dress I tried on was what I wanted and when she gave me the contract stating Ivory, I believed that was the color of the sample dress. When I made a complaint to the store, the manager didn't make any arrangements to meet with me face to face. She said it was my responsibility as a customer to review the contract with the consultant. After countless emails back and forth I decided to keep the dress and pay for alternations myself to put in a smoke colored lining. They did not offer a suitable solution. Worst customer experience ever! Future brides, make sure what you are requesting is being ordered!

What a fiasco. I wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone. The hall coordinator (Kathy) showed up…read morethe day before the event to drop off liquor and came out and accused the bridal party and people setting up of stealing her purse and phone off the seat of her unlocked car. Everyone offered to help her find it including helping her trace her steps and track her phone but she wanted no part of it, swearing and cursing the whole time. All the guests were bombarded with accusations and were greeted with posters saying as much when they arrived at the venue. She even went so far as to threaten to cancel the event and keep the deposits. I understand her frustration but to put that kind of stress on the Bride & Groom the day before the wedding was uncalled for and unprofessional.

Talk about rude, I went to the store to make an appointment for a simple zipper fix and was shooed…read moreaway and she locked rhe door and closed the curtain in my face! All without talking to me and whilst doing this, she got her cell phone out and made a call! I called her to say what I needed and she said flatly "I can't help you with that and hung up the phone! I had my two dogs with me and they're very well behaved but that's why she wouldn't open the door, when we walked up, a small black and white dog on the inside of the shop got really aggressive and charged at the door! If she'd bothered to come out and talk to me, I would have gladly arranged a time to come back and I know she can fix zips because that's why I came back, last time she was super polite and efficient, but not this time. Whatever her issue is, she never even tried to sort it out, she physically shooed me away like I was some kind of gnat or bothersome insect!
