He also helped me with the framing of an original print and I'm thrilled with the result. I've used The Framing Nook in past and have always been impressed with the unique mats and frames suggested. He was so energetic, professional and put so much effort into his work. I was super impressed with the way he came into our town beforehand, on his own, to scout out different locations to take the pictures at. He chose really cool places in my own town that I had never even noticed! I also loved that there was no guess work. He was able to tell us how to pose and what to do in order to get fun and creative photos. It was definitely an enjoyable time and if we still lived in Alberta, I would be getting him to take more pictures for us. Thank you Cory for your awesome work!

I have a busy schedule so the front staff need to communicate better for bookings. I called three…read moredays in a row trying to schedule an appointment for a contact lens fitting. I understand them being too busy, the confusing part was they gave me a different quote and different timeframe each time I called. Maybe they didn't understand, but then I feel they should be able to ask questions or explain to me why they were confused. Finally 3rd day of calling I got an appointment but it was booked at a different time than I thought. Optometrists and assistants that help fit glasses were very friendly and helpful. But booking was a confusing nightmare. Maybe I talk too fast? Or don't know what kind of appointment I need. But I still feel they should be asking questions to figure this on their end.

I hired these guys to run the dance and karaoke plus photo booth and the whole experience was superb! Mike was quick to respond, professional and clear in his communication, open to any reasonable request, and overall a joy to work with. Pricing was crystal clear, with no hidden fees or last-minute upcharges. And I was able to pay easily. Mike took the time to visit the venue a day before the event, all of his own initiative. He introduced himself to the banquet captain and did all he could to ensure things would run smoothly. The guys arrived right on time. They set up without fuss and even arranged gorgeous up lighting around the room, which I hadn't expected. The dance, karaoke, and photo booth were a huge hit with my guests. Afterward, he was eager for feedback. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.
