She never reached out to me once between initial booking and the wedding, it was always me initiating contact. She NEVER returned a single email I sent her and would only get back to me if I called and left a voicemail. She never updated our contract until I demanded that she do, despite multiple meetings where layout/decorations/colors were changed, and even in the end details were still wrong. Her "photo booth" was just a back drop with no fun props, I was shorted on the amount of wine glasses we got, and there was an old fireplace in my hall I wanted covered up (it was in the contract) and it was never covered or decorated. I had to call her THREE times the week leading up to my wedding to confirm the time she would be at the hall to set up. Despite booking a time with her she did not show up on time, When I called I was informed she was at a different location setting up a different wedding. They did not arrive to my location until TWO HOURS after the agreed upon time. This is not the kind of stress and headache anyone needs while planning their wedding. Save your time and stress and choose someone else!

It took 2 attempts to get the owner to see our vision, multiple attempts at getting an accurate quote and several telephone calls to try and straighten things out, which we never seemed to be able to do. Even after an email stating that we felt she was not listening to us, and a telephone conversation on the same topic did not help, we lost confidence. There was never any verbal or written contract with this company, and she never did do anything for us and she had the nerve to send us a bill for "consultation fees" which we paid because we roll like that. If you choose to contact this company, get it in writing exactly what you are being charged for from minute one because even without a contract, and without her doing anything, she is going to charge you BIG time. Very unprofessional, and we would not recommend this company.

We have booked Flashworks for our wedding and there was a non-stop line up to use the booth, so I was happy that my guests enjoyed it! I also booked the new Mirror Booth for 2 different conferences and all the attendees LOVED it. So much fun! Stephan even designed the graphic to match our themes for the conferences - truly appreciated the details - - thank you! 10/10 will definitely book them again!
