Market Sound was great to work with and very down to earth compared to our meetings with other vendors. We also purchased our uplights, photobooth and projector package and Market Sound has the best package prices! Replies were prompt and all of our requests were followed to a tee. We had Karl as our DJ for our wedding reception and Kristen as our photobooth attendant. All of our guests had a blast, dancing and taking pictures once it opened until we closed down. Guests' requests were played immediately and we had guests coming up to us and complimenting song choices. On top of that, once we knew we had the venue an earlier day, Greg even came out to set up early and make sure everything was in place. We recently had our Annual Office Holiday Party and hired Market Sound for the event. From the beginning they were incredibly easy to work with. We're a smaller office and our company uses American Express for business expenses. A lot of companies still only accept either VISA/MasterCard so it was great that Market Sound accepted Amex. They were quick to respond to emails throughout the planning process leading up to the event and they helped us put on a helluva show!! Greg from Market Sound is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I hired Market Sound to DJ a benefit concert for the Ride to Conquer Cancer. He was a gem and offered us 50% since all proceeds were going to the Alberta Cancer Foundation. Leading up to the event, we were concerned with low ticket sales and contemplated cancelling the event. Greg stepped up and donated his equipment for the event at no cost so we could continue with the event without worrying about loosing money. Greg was by far the best DJ I came across. I got married in a smaller town with only one DJ so I was just going to go with them. I was unimpressed with their customer service but felt I had no other choice. I put my name into a draw at a wedding show at Greg's booth. He gave me a call and his personality sold it for me. we asked for a DJ and photobooth for our xmas party and were blown away at the amazing service for both. The DJ played an excellent mix of music and took requests and kept our fairly big crowd pleased. The photobooth had tons of props and took really good pictures!
