I was emailed information along with pricing and after hearing back from other similar companies I decided to go with someone else. I sent these guys a polite email thanking them for getting back to me but that I'd be going with someone else. They replied to me very rudely saying: "Our pricing is not high because your event is just an ordinary holiday party. Our pricing will double or triple if the event is an experimental marketing or tradeshow. We have the experience and expertise plus top of the line hardware in doing events. It's what separates the professional from the amateur." So what makes our company Christmas party "just an ordinary holiday party"? It's not. You shouldn't burn bridges or people will leave bad reviews like this one. Don't get butt hurt that I'm not renting with you because I'm looking for a better deal. Maybe start with better customer service and answer your phone in a professional manner. They also emailed me 2 days later trying to plan someone to work our event- I already told you that we were going with someone else!
