The singer that showed up was not prepared, ABSOLUTELY did not know the songs, played her phone with you tube and strummed a couple notes while trying to figure out the words. I had a house full of 45 guests, i was completely embarrassed, mortified and disappointed. If my contractual obligations couldn't have been met then they should not have allowed me to give a deposit. I wrote an email to the company outlining my issues, i was asking for a reasonable remedy for the disappointment. They wanted nothing to do with rectifying this and proceeded to blame me for stuff.
