It is impossible not to get lost in this big store or find what you are desperately looking for. On numerous occasions I have come here and been helped by the staff that were helpful and professional. The most recent interaction I needed specific markers for my wedding table cards and this girl spent 10 minutes trying to help me find the perfect marker. I actually wanted to try something that was in a package and she realized she had one by a register that was the same. I was able to test the product and was happy to make the purchase. It's sad to see many low reviews but I guess everyone's experience will vary or management has been reading these horrible reviews. read more

It is about 2 minutes from my apartment and I honestly have never had a bad experience at this location. It always has all the items I need from ink cartridges to external hard drives to paper for my printer. The customer service has always been top notch and I highly recommend checking it out for all your office supply needs. Went there to print something for school, and the employees seem so overworked and plain angry. The first lady kept telling me she and her coworker were overwhelmed and very busy and I would have to wait my turn. When it was actually my turn she skipped me and went to the next customer. Then, a guy was complaining about the complexity of his job. I felt so bad for them. They didn't do the job I wanted, didn't even ask me what I needed though. Must have been because they were tired. When I went on last September, this store was really messy. Supplies were all over the place. It's all messed up.

i consider this to be one of the better staples locations. they have a wide selection of.. well, everything. Even computers and laptops! Its quite a large staples, and usually pretty empty except for back to school season where its swarmed and the lines are two hours long. But thats when all the good stuff is available for close to nothing. The workers here are really nice, always extremely willing to help you, and ask how your day has been going. The private lot living in crazy Brooklyn, is a major plus. Usually in this area your car will reach 100 thousand miles before you find street parking. read more

I visit staples often for anything school related or home related (books, ink for printer, pens/pencils, etc). The store is big and has a large amount of employees. It is REALLY packed on back to school days.. We are talking about lines that extend from the front of the store to the back. You are most likely gonna waste an hour on the line between those back to school days. The supplies sometimes run low and I leave with nothing :( The employees, however, are nice and will help you to find what you need. The prices are a bit expensive in staples compared to other places. Not the best place to go to if you are on a tight budget because your money will just flow away.. However, the price does pay for the quality of the things they sell. I wouldn't label staples as the best place to go to unless you got plenty of time to waste or have plenty of money you don't mind wasting. read more

This review is solely for the attrocious customer service I received at this location today. The only reason this is not a one star review is because the manager made great efforts to try and remedy the situation after the fact. I came in today to purchase headphones. After deciding which pair I wanted I proceeded to ask a manager to unlock the case for me so I could purchase them. He stated that someone will be right with me And proceeded to message someone on their communication system to help me. Great right? Nope, this is where everything went wrong and why I will never shop at staples again. After waiting for 5 minutes and having the same manager that promised me help pass me to talk to other team members I asked another employee to get someone to open it for me so I can purchase it. She then proceeded to ask for help on their system and went back to her work NO MORE THAN 10 FEET FROM ME with another manager. 10 minutes pass by and I ask another person for help and this person just walks right past me, doesn't acknowledge me, and yells to me that he called for help. Finally after waiting an additional 10 minutes for help I ask the manager AGAIN and he gets someone to come open it after a few minutes. This person can't get it open and has to get the manager that was working TEN FEET FROM ME THE WHOLE TIME with the girl I asked for help 20 MINUTES AGO. Up until this point I was calm but frustrated, i understand shit happens and people forget. But come on Staples, all she had to do was tell the manager I needed help and she could have opened it 20 minutes ago. Every single one of your team members that I asked for help passed me at least once while I sat there waiting. If ONE of them took initiative to help someone this could have been avoided and I would still shop with you. I don't know whether you treat your employees poorly and thus they don't care to help or maybe this group of employees didnt care. I truly do not know. What I do know is that this type of treatment of customers is UNACCEPTABLE. A customer should not have to wait 25+ minutes for help or be ignored by your staff. If you need someone to head a customer service department for you I can help. The male manager I dealt with handled the situation very well once he realized what had transpired. The female manager that was working ten feet from me should be let go. Staples...fix your customer service before there are no more customers willing to shop at your stores. read more

i was having an amazing and delightful day up until Staples and this store completely ruined all my business plans, first of all I placed business cards order online, Ocean Av store got the order but they "didn't have resources to print" so they transferred it to Coney Island Av, I had Staples corporate rep confirm numerous time over the phone that I'd have my business cards by 8:30 PM on Coney Island Av, and she also added my personal phone number to the order so that "in case they had issue reaching me through email they'd call me to let me know order is ready for pick up" NOBODY HAS CALLED OR EMAILED ME to let me know anything, in fact they cancelled my order and I had to call them myself since I had no update whatsoever by 8PM. I called very rude person picked up a phone and told me they couldn't print it and it was Ocean Avs problem as if she was speaking of a different company, I explained to her that picking up business cards TODAY super important for me and that was reason I placed order and paid money for same day pick up and nobody even gave me heads up so I could at least find a different company to work with so I didn't LOSE MY MONEY AND CLIENT BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM, she hung up on me and I have not been contacted by anybody, DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN SAME SITUATION AS ME, JUST PAY A TINY BIT MORE WITH DIFFERENT COMPANY, there's bunch around, OR ELSE YOUR BUSINESS WILL SUFFER JUST LIKE MINE SUFFERED. 0 empathy, 0 professionalism 100 love towards money that's what I saw from Staples with this experience, I'm never ever going to deal with them again. read more

I was really glad to come to this center in the last moment before my job interview to make and print my resume. One friendly guy working there was of a great help he called especially to ask how he can help me and he directed me to the computer. Another lady I know I bothered her with my questions every 5 minutes she was smiling and answering friendly and greeted me with nice have a good day in the end. While I was passing the corridors I saw they are selling great laptops and printers too. Sure I will come again. read more

Nice staff but..... If you need something at the copy center you can become invisible. Here's a tip : perform the village people 's YMCA you'll become visible to the copy center team. Also if you want to buy a beverage just a stinkin' lemonade there'll be one register open. This staples is conveniently located on Ave 0 and Coney Island Avenue. Its parking lot is quite small and crowded. This store is often out of stock on many items. Prices are good and lines usually move quickly. read more

Best staples in Brooklyn! I came here with my 3 granddaughters all different ages and I was able to cater to all their needs in one store. I bought my 14 year old a mac book pro, my 7 year old received her first selfie printer and my 3 year old was happy with colored markers. The worst service at the copy & print center the phone has been going off ever since i have been here and I've been here for an hour and all you hear is the recording going off that there's a customer on hold there's 3 people working behind the counter and not one will stop to help me to do one simple thing I've never seen customer service like this in any Staples that I've ever been in and I go to a lot of different Staples and I've been in this Staples multiple multiple multiple times if you have something to do that's important go to a different Staples in the area because I'll tell you one thing this is the slowest and the poorest service that I've ever came across in my life they need to fire everybody in this place and they need to get a manager that knows what they're doing and how to run a stove correctly take it from me a business executive if this is how Staples is being operated it's for sure on its way to be closed down soon and I only gave it one star because I couldn't go lower read more

This Staples is convenient but poorly managed. I placed an order online for two custom posters which, according to the website should have taken 4 hours to be ready for pick up. I gave them two days. Sure enough when I showed up, one of the posters was never even made and the second was in the middle of being made but the worker had no clue why they stopped in the middle. Of course it took him a good 30 minutes to figure out that no one would finish the job and that he is it. Long story short, I missed my deadline and they screwed up the order. They did give me a discount when I complained. But the order was completely botched up. Don't get me wrong, Staples is an amazing store and has so many great products and services. This location however seems poorly run and they have so many part-time workers that start a job and simply quit in the middle when their shift is over. They always seem overwhlemed with the amount of work they have. Not a knock on the franchise. They just need better help at this particular store. read more

I had a 16 piece dish set I wanted shipped to Texas, so I paid for 'pack and ship' service they provide. They were extremely busy. The girl sent me to get my own box and then I assembled the box. She took the box and asked if I wrapped it and I said, "No I came to pay for pack and ship because I don't want to buy the things necessary to wrap this." And she stared at me with that "I hate my job look" and then asked me what shipping options I wanted and sent me to the cashier. I thought maybe sheplaced my box on the counter behind her because she was going to wrap the dishes later due to how busy it was. I received my dishes today and there was not ONE label on the box stating that the contents were fragile, so right away I knew what I was in for. However, I was suprised to find that she did not wrap any of these dishes what so ever. They were EXACTLY how I handed them to her, except 8 of the 16 pieces were broken. These are hand painted cermanic dishes and it took me a long time to collect all of them. Now more than half of them are broken. read more
