Last time in here. 35 minutes to get a basic mouse!!
    Jack L.

25 minutes for someone to open the closet with the mouses. Really? Are u serious? Mouse cost $19 and you lock it? Like staples don't have more expensive merchandise. And if you do lock it, have someone with a key that can come and open it for the customer. After 25 minutes I wondered why am o coming here. I can order online and get it the same day. The whole point of going to the store is getting lost when you wait 25 minutes just to get the closet open and then the cashier (no self checkout? Come on, even grocery stores have them now).

The entrance is not, when you get to the corner of the store, but rather, when you Turn to the right, where the exit too.

When I have "Staples" reached today in the morning at 10:20. It is a partly sad sky for this day!! The entrance is not, when you get to the corner of the store, but rather, when you Turn to the right (coming along Coney Island from Avenue N), thus where the entrance and exit are permitted, indeed. I like the notebooks, that they have, and I purchased three today; for the service I needed to recycle a few cartridges of mine, and I did at the cashier's, then having purchased another box of black ink for $51.99, mine is XL 62 for 5660 HP. In the third photo, you see me, holding the box with my cartridges; eventually, I have all taped tightly. He, only, asked, how many I have had today, as well as the question regarding account, but this all is for the good, and therefore for free, in the name of Earth. It is, simply, fundamentally, and solely upon a personal wish to recycle the cartridges at the locations of "Staples", so called Good Will. Also, I like the journals and notebooks at "Century 21", and when some location of it was not permanently closed at Bay Ridge, I loved seeing them, just like I do, when wandering around at this "Staples" store. Whatever they don't have in-store or online -- I order, as a matter of fact, from such the sellers, as "Ali Express", "Ebay", or "Amazon, I mean -- "Staples". Today, at the store, I saw, also, smart devices, e.g. "Echo" , laptops with Microsoft OS, iPads, Kindle Fires, computer mice, mechanical pencil sharpeners (mine is Bostitch), the cases of water bottles, and the rest. Hence, I spent $112 today in here.

The staplers of staples say everything about staples :/ This store is WAY too expensive for the products and services provided.

When I went on last September, this store was really messy. Supplies were all over the place. It's all messed up.

Then when I went to pay for shipping my parcel, she quickly took the self service credit card payment interface and turned it towards her and punched in some stuff and I think she gave herself a three or four dollar tip, because the total was way more than the sum of the individual items. Some of the people working her seems decent and hardworking but if you come in at the wrong time you better prepare for some childish levels of disrespect and unprofessional conduct.

My first visit I had to scan and make copies of a large word document for my nonprofit organization, that was expensive but it was done correctly and the young lady who helped me was OUTSTANDING, she did everything I asked for with a smile. Again worth the price for good customer service. The last two visits here, I had to return items via USPS. I purchased boxes at a reasonable price and shipped items here, much faster than standing in ridiculous winding lines at the local post office and the boxes I purchased for shipping, I dare to say was cheaper than my local post office. To drop off a package here for USPS with a preprinted label was $1.00....yes one dollar, no long lines....no snarky employees....definitely worth it. I always receive great service here (ALWAYS). Thank you IMail for wonderful customer service.

The crew was amazing, incredibly profeessional, polite, took excellent care with our belongings, and went out of their way to make sure everything was addressed. We were stressed about the move but it went so smooth, and they made it so easy, that we had nothing to worry about. We had them pack all of our belongings, best choice we ever made. It would have taken us days to do it ourselves and things would have broken along the way. They did it quickly and securely and it went off without any incidents. Thanks for a great experience, you can't go wrong with these guys!

Unfortunately we went with the other mover as my wife had used them before, but now I've come to realize we should have let them both quote us on the move. This time, I decided just based off of Yelp and other reviews to stick with JP Urban. Now cameras\phones\AI I assume is so advanced you can do a virtual walkthrough for your quote, which is very nice. Milan was fantastic at setting everything up, Ronny and JR were in charge of the crew, and they were fantastic at navigating the myriad issues involved (coop to coop move). They managed to move 5 Billy bookcases, 3 of which are 15 years old at this point, without a single issue of any kind. These are not the sturdiest of items, so I find that impressive. They had zero damage at either building, and given what I saw in the myriad moves from our old building, where I was a member of the board, most moving companies have a total lack of care.
