She left him a message and was very rude I was told by the person I talked to last month after I paid what was owed there was nothing more owed until the 22 of this month. He now has a bill from her for $80 for notices that were never sent. He got no phone calls from anyone there and they had his number. She was rude to me also this lady shouldn't have a business if she can't do things the proper way. I owe them money also and have gotten no letters or anything from them but she wasn't happy and let me know she wasn't when you get nothing from them how can you pay anything. She's mean and rude and just because she is wanting to sell everything from people that are way past due doesn't mean you take it out I. The people that are trying to keep up with their payments.

You never have to worry about the status of your account. They use an automated system that tracks your move in date and payment dates. I stored a three bedroom house at A Good Road Storage for 2 years and never once had a problem with my household goods being damaged by water or pests. I currently store one of my vehicles there while I am working in Mexico. I like that they offer Autopay so that I don't have to worry about sending a check each month. I work overseas and often I do not have access to my online bill pay service and or any way to send checks to pay my bills. Also, another great aspect about their facilities is the fact that there is adequate room for semi-trucks to maneuver onsite. I've had two semi-truck loads in and out of there without a problem.

The grounds are well taken care of, and the automatic locking gate is code entry secured. The aisles between the buildings are easily 2 cars wide to allow for cars to go past as you unload. Each unit is ground floor flush with the asphalt. No steps makes the transfer of items into the unit easy as pie. There is help such as dolly and broom available for client use and they even give you a FREE lock to secure your belongings! This appears to be a true Mom and Pop company, that cares about their clients, and has a desire to be the best in the business. What an amazing place! They even rent U-Haul right on sight. In keeping with the tradition of great customer service, they helped me make a reservation for a u-haul location down the road when they did not have the size I preferred. During 4 years of renting with a small storage facility, Chain Lake Storage, in Monroe, WA, my rental rate was only increased 2 x's at a fair, reasonable amount. The staff there were very accessible and super great people to work with. Glacier West advertises a lower rate on line to lure customers in then seems to employ a bait and switch scam, it appears to me, to up rates months later. I think 1 year or more to increase rates 5% max is fair and reasonable to deal with inflation. Not 10.9% 6 months into leasing.
