I'm now paying over 2X more than when I started -- but my storage space is not 100% larger. Started in June 2020 at $126 a month. Starting March 2023 they're charging me $281 a month. So just be aware: if you put your stuff here they can start charging whatever price they want and change your rate whenever they want. And unlike my last bad review that they emailed and called me and asked me to take down, this one will not be coming down. I'm not an angry person. These are just the facts. Very disappointing.

I stored a three bedroom house at A Good Road Storage for 2 years and never once had a problem with my household goods being damaged by water or pests. I currently store one of my vehicles there while I am working in Mexico. I like that they offer Autopay so that I don't have to worry about sending a check each month. I work overseas and often I do not have access to my online bill pay service and or any way to send checks to pay my bills. Also, another great aspect about their facilities is the fact that there is adequate room for semi-trucks to maneuver onsite. I've had two semi-truck loads in and out of there without a problem.

And when you need to get to your things, just give Terry 2 or more days' notice, and he'll have your unit placed on the floor, tagged with your name. He was very flexible and accommodating to my schedule. He's been in the storage business many years. I was in transition, moving from Freeland to Seattle, so this worked out well for me. I eventually ended up moving out of state, and to the very end, he remained very very accommodating to my schedule with the movers. I would certainly do business with him again. This company and the people have been very good to us, I have rented over a decade now. They are very informative about what they do. I have read some of the negative remarks and they are really sad. It seems at times people are upset with situations that they put themselves into or that others have no control then like to blame or make bad remarks. I know for when auto payment they want you to come in, so that way they know they are dealing with the correct person and so they can have your signatures and everything. That is being a good business making sure they aren't just using anyone's cards, and making sure to have full authority to withdrawal to pay your bill. Otherwise they have several alternative ways to pay, you can even pay online yourself.

In a nutshell, believe it or not, despite my name, number and ID matching that of the reservation and my photo ID, I had to provide 2 references who she then called to make sure I was who i was. Neither answered because these days, rarely do people answer unknown calls, but thankfully, she accepted their voice messages as proof I existed. Also, the truck was double-booked for the next day so we were, in a roundabout way, asked to return it early. All in all, check out took 40 minutes. Check IN had to be through their website, with several photos, and with a dying phone battery and wondering how people without smart phones do it, the process took 15 minutes when it should have been a simple key drop. All in all, just shy of a full hour of bureaucracy. UHaul has lost our business.

He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day".
