Realizing much of the issue was with UHaul and its procedures, and knowing the clerk was undoubtedly feeding off my frustration, as well as frustrated herself for having to follow such ludicrous directions, I've given an extra star. In a nutshell, believe it or not, despite my name, number and ID matching that of the reservation and my photo ID, I had to provide 2 references who she then called to make sure I was who i was. Neither answered because these days, rarely do people answer unknown calls, but thankfully, she accepted their voice messages as proof I existed. Also, the truck was double-booked for the next day so we were, in a roundabout way, asked to return it early. All in all, check out took 40 minutes. Check IN had to be through their website, with several photos, and with a dying phone battery and wondering how people without smart phones do it, the process took 15 minutes when it should have been a simple key drop. All in all, just shy of a full hour of bureaucracy. UHaul has lost our business.

This company and the people have been very good to us, I have rented over a decade now. They are very informative about what they do. I have read some of the negative remarks and they are really sad. It seems at times people are upset with situations that they put themselves into or that others have no control then like to blame or make bad remarks. I know for when auto payment they want you to come in, so that way they know they are dealing with the correct person and so they can have your signatures and everything. That is being a good business making sure they aren't just using anyone's cards, and making sure to have full authority to withdrawal to pay your bill. Otherwise they have several alternative ways to pay, you can even pay online yourself.

I've had multiple storage units here for YEARS now & have never once had an issue or complaint with…read morethem. The only thing that I MIGHT knock them for is the fact that they're only open Monday thru Saturday 8am-5pm. That can be extremely inconvenient for me at times. Other than that this place is great!! Located rite off the freeway so it's super easy to find & get in & out of. There's a lowered docking bay for the moving trucks & a ground level one next to that for customers so you can back your vehicle rite up to the building & where their flatbed hand carts are located, then the elevator is just a short 6ft roll away from the docking bay. There is a bathroom located within the office that you'll be allowed to use if you just ask the staff. I have shown up here many a time JUST before closing & never have I been turned away. They will let you into their facility all the way up until 4:58pm (they close at 5 but you'd need a couple minutes to make it to your unit & either take out or drop off whatever it was you were there for LoL) One weekend I reorganized my whole unit; was working in it up until closing both nights & what was great was the staff would give me updates when it was getting close to closing that way i had enough time to put all my boxes that I had moved out into the hallway back into my unit. At 30mins til Stephanie, the girl at the front desk would walk up to my unit on the 2nd floor & let me know it was 4:30pm. She would do the same at a quarter til & when I had just 5mins before they closed she would flash the overhead lights twice to signal to me times almost up. Great people!! Quality units! Variety in size & affordably priced!!

Sonali, Dorian and Cristina packed every iteam and explained how they labeled each box so when we arrived to our destination looking for certain iteams would be easy! Jacey and Leo then joined the next day to load our iteams and were as equally as proffesional and helpful. We were amazed at how careful they were handling our heavy iteams down our stairs. Highly reccomend this team and hope we see them again in the future !!

We will be moving our things out asap. This is ridiculous. Side note: my bill is paid on time every month. It comes out automatically so that is not the issue just to be clear. Also, corporate customer service is great! They have helped and have always been polite, however, the person running this specific site: *zero stars*. Also, prices go up after being there for less than 6 months. I'd rather pay for a cargo trailer and store all my stuff in that (atleast the money you're putting towards it will be paying it off and it will be yours in the end) especially for the price you pay here.
