My wife and I ordered multiple items on March 13. We were told it would take two weeks. I…read moresupplied existing frames and ordered new lenses. When they finally got the lenses installed - sometime after two weeks - they had installed completely different lenses than the ones that were ordered. Now, its 6 and 1/2 weeks since the day of our order and still no glasses. It was allegedly "expedited" by the lab... but every day its always the next day that it will be ready. How long does it take to install lenses - obviously, even though they are over a month late, they still are not prioritizing my order and it is still not ready. Its now 47 days.... and counting... maybe it will come tomorrow? My wife also ordered glasses with a specific lense. That was completed sometime after two weeks, but once again it came with a completely different lense than the one that was ordered. The glasses were returned and that pair was finally ready after 6 weeks from the order date. There is something truly wrong when the same store installs incorrect lenses twice on the same order especially when they charge full price on Worth Ave. And then, after they recognize the problem, they have made little attempt to get this fixed on a timely basis. i guess customer service is not a priority for them.

I visited numerous Louis Vuitton boutiques and had spoke with online sales agents over the phone trying to locate this bag. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting the Louis Vuitton store in Palm Beach on Worth Avenue. From the moment I walked into the boutique, I WAS IMPRESSED!! My sales associate, Irina Potlog introduced herself and she was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on understanding my needs, rather than just making a sale or show me a different bag. She looked up the inventory and no surprise, my bag was sold out likely would not be found anywhere. Now, remember, I have been calling Louis Vuitton customer service at least twice a week for the past three months, hoping to find this bag with no luck. As I left, she took down my information and put me on a waiting list just in case one became available. To my amazement, just FOUR HOURS LATER, Irina called me saying that she and her team located my bag and that it would be shipped to the store and I could pick it up it 48 hours. My first thought was that this must be some mistake. It is so nice to see that is people who genuinely care about what they do and Care so much for their customers. This boutique has not forgotten that their customers are the most important thing. It's very clear that this store and all of the staff have been exceptionally well trained trained and It's very evident that they work together as a team. This level of responsiveness and follow-through I found astonishing. You just don't see this anymore. You don't see this kind of service. Every staff member I encountered at this location demonstrated exceptional training, professionalism, and sincere care. I can say without hesitation that the Palm Beach location, my SA: Irina Potlog, Store Director: David Preston and of course, the store manager: Francis all worked together to provide a seamless experience unlike any any other Louis Vuitton location I've been to. This location has not forgotten how to REPRESENT its brand "Louis Vuitton" Bravo!! Thank you, Irina, David and Francis..you have earned my business and loyalty for life. Thank you Louis Vuitton Palm Beach team for making a seemingly impossible wish come true. Highly recommend!
