With a new management after Honda's sale to new owners, this hotel management seriously deteriorated. So shame shame shame.
The biggest issue was the hidden charges, which they charge you automatically at check out, without asking for your card & showing invoice. Once you book, they try to charge for everything extra to the card you used to book.
Breakfast charge was 9.5gbp per person so a family of 3 ended up paying 28gbp/per night. Breakast was so horrible that we realised it does not worth it. So tried to cancel the brealfast for remaining nights, which manager on duty did not accepted.
Stayed in November 2021 for 3 nights and been charged for 100gbp for breakfasts !!!!
Plus there has been charges for cleaning.
Honestly if this hotel wants to get guests and get profitable again, all reception management needs to be replaced by staff with at least basis hospitality attitute.
