Ron was very thorough, kind, and made sure I had no issue driving before heading back.

I was on the side of 66 and it was helpful to have the pre call to give me an estimate of timing. That being said, eventually an officer pulled over and told me I should move Becuase Aaa takes forever and it wasn't safe. The officer had me move to a safer area and just as I moved the mile up the road, Aaron's towing arrived to the original pick up spot. The driver was apologetic for not getting there sooner but it was on me Becuase in all the chaos of moving my car I did think to call him and tell him we were changing spots. When the driver did arrive ( within the timing he originally gave me no less) the officer said " if I knew it was this company I would have known that they DO come on time and it's not hours". The driver was friendly, which, and helpful in a stressful time. He chatted with me the entire time about towing which I'm sure he does with everyone but he didnt seem irritated or bothered to be having the conversation. He really seemed to love what he does for work and helping people If I'm ever in the area that Aaron's dispatches from I would use them.

It sucked. Beware they tell you one thing and you find out 4 days later the vehicle was never…read morepicked up. They sounded so willing and able but could not give me a date of when they could pick up our vehicle. Rusty's towing got it within the hour. Don't waste your time here!!!!!! The people that work here aren't very smart. Turning business away from a company that has over 200 vehicles in our fleet.

The ONLY reason why I am giving Kenny's Towing 1-star is because Kenny was friendly...other than…read morethat, I wouldn't give this business A NEGATIVE -1 STAR!!!!!! Let me tell you a little about my situation but briefly. I had a rental car and a small situation arose on a Tuesday night. Fauquier County called Kenny's towing to come tow the rental car because I was going on a "county paid tour" of Fauquier County Adult Detention Center...lol. So, after my "Fauquier County Sheriff chauffeured" ride into Warrenton, within about two hours I was released. Walked down to the 7-11 in the BITTER ASS cold and waited on my ride down there. Mind you this all happened around 10:30pm and I was at 7-11 waiting on my ride around 12:30am going into Wednesday morning. My ride came to pick me up and enroute to my house, I was thinking in my head "Ok...well, rental car was towed so that's going to be roughly around $200 to go pick it up...FML!!! UGHHH!!". Generally, a tow service charge is roughly anywhere between $125 on the LOW SIDE up through $200 on the HIGH SIDE. I have NEVER paid over $185 for a tow service charge...mind you, that is just to tow the car..doesn't include any storage or any special equipment needed. I was driving a very small compact car, no special equipment needed....so I ASSUMED the $200 amount and was hoping I would get lucky and only be charged around $150-$175. I mean, GEEZUS!!!, one small mishap was supposedly going to cost me around $200...I immediately KICKED myself and told myself I was a DUMB ASS for getting pulled over..... I didn't have $200 cash on me so I told my friend to take me home and asked if he could take me to get the rental car in the morning. He said sure. Next morning arrives and I awaken to remember the trip to HELL I had the night before and realized...."Oh yeah...Shit. The rental car was towed!!!!! So I google Kenny's towing, call him up and ask how much to pick up the car that was towed the night prior. He says "The rental company is coming to get it."--CLICK. Dial tone. I looked at the phone and said "Did he just hang up on my? And why would the rental company come to get the car? They aren't going to pay for that!!" I called the rental company, the guy I rented the car from said "Huh?? We aren't going to go get the car! I don't know why he would say that! We would only go pick up the car if it was stolen or something....No-that's on you to go pick it up!".....(which is what I thought)..so I thanked my rental car rep and hung up. Before I could even start dialing out the number back to Kenny's Towing, he was CALLING ME. I answered and he says "Uh, YEAH. YOU CAN COME GET THE CAR. WHEN WILL YOU BE HERE? WE ONLY TAKE CASH YA KNOW. BRING YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE, CASH AND YOU CAN COME GET THE CAR. YOU ARE COMING RIGHT NOW, RIGHT?" ....I was on the other end of the phone like.....what?!?!?! Okay, hold up...I said "Um, first of all, HOW MUCH IS THE CHARGE TO PICK UP THE CAR BC I HAVE NO CASH ON ME; I ONLY HAVE MY DEBIT CARD. ALSO, NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ON ANOTHER RIDE BC MY OTHER RIDE HAD TO LEAVE FOR WORK, SO NO, I AM NOT COMING RIGHT THIS MINUTE. I WILL GIVE YOU AN HOUR NOTICE BEFORE I ARRIVE BUT I NEED TO KNOW, HOW MUCH IS IT???"......(this all was happening the next morning around 8am; car was towed the night before at 10:30pm-11:00pm). He says "IT IS $250. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO BE HERE?"....my eyes about shot out of my head...$250?!?!?! ARE YOU KIDDING??? THAT IS DOWN RIGHT RIDICULOUS!!! A RIP-OFF!!! $250??!! IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN 12 HOURS SINCE THE CAR WAS TOWED!!!!....This was all expressed to him...but that was like talking to the damn wall. He could give a shit less if he was robbing me or not. He just wanted PAID! And I just wanted the damn car!! Make a longer story even longer, I did not get the car picked up until the next day, but it still had not been even 36 hours since it had been towed. Kenny from Kenny's towing actually came and picked me up because I did not have a ride but needed to get the car...so that is another reason for the ONE star. He was kind enough to come get me and take me back to the office to take care of the charge, then he gave me a ride across the street basically to his lot where the car was. So, my final ending charge with Kenny's Towing for a tow service charge and 1 day of storage?? $300....YEP!!! $300 MOTHER EFFING DOLLARS. I should have brought some Angel Soft tissue bc I was about to shit all over myself. But what was even better? When we walked out of the office, Kenny said "I did you a favor also; I didn't charge you the $75 paperwork fee that I should have."---ARE YOU SERIOUS??? IT WOULD HAVE BEEN $375 FOR A TOW, ONE DAY OF STORAGE, AND A PPRWK CHRG? IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET LEGALLY ROBBED, GO FOR IT & CALL...DOESN'T LOOK LIKE HE GETS MUCH BUSINESS FROM RANDOM CUSTOMERS ANYWAYS-ITS ALL FROM THE COUNTY. WHAT A DAMN RIP-OFF...WHAT A JOKE. CANT BELIEVE HE IS STILL IN BUSINESS!!!! DO NOT CALL EVER!!!!
