Did a terrible job used this service for many years always satisfied not this time $250 still dirty very dissatisfied

I called and explained to them what was going on with my floors and how much I had to spend. They agreed on a figure. When they got here, they said that they couldn't do it for the amount quoted. I called the office and she said well, your floors have a buildup and will take more than just a general cleaning. I told her I told you that when I initially spoke with you and you said that's not a problem. I'm very disappointed as I'm on a fixed income, am disabled and therefore unable to keep my floors as clean as they need to be. read more

My Mother's house had a frozen water pipe bust the night before Christmas eve and I contacted Stanley Steamer the next day (Christmas Eve) and was told they would get to me that morning. I was amazed that the manager (James) showed up alone and he told me all of his crew were unavailable and he would stay as long as it took to clean up the water mess. It was discovered that he needed additional equipment to complete this project and the owner (Curt) left his family gathering to go to his shop and retrieve another truck and equipment in order to complete this cleanup. The owner and the Manager both worked well into the Christmas Eve afternoon to finish this up so mold would not grow. Hats off to this company for going the extra mile!!! read more

I paid for cleaning & deodorizing of a loveseat and a chair. The result was beyond disappointing as the cleaning itself was poorly done and the odors remained unchanged. I removed the cushion covers and washed them by hand as well as using a steam cleaner. The attached photo reflects what was left behind in the water AFTER Stanley Steemer collected my money and left. I wrote a gracious email complementing the timeliness of the staff and the courtesy of the receptionist, stated that I had no interest in writing a bad review but that I felt they should know the result that was left behind. I never received any kind of contact from the manager. I called the receptionist a few weeks later and she said that she would have the manager call me immediately. Again I have never heard back. This was done mid May and it's now late June. I tried calling again just to speak with the manager in hopes that perhaps he was unaware of how the business is being run. No response. It is unfortunate that this managers non-response and the poor quality of the work resulted in this review. Far from being one to write bad reviews, this one is well earned.. read more

I have used Stanley Steemer at every home I have lived in and they never disappoint. Jeff and Austin did a great job and were very professional. They did the job in a very efficient manner. Will continue to use Stanley Steemer in the future for my carpet cleaning needs. read more
