Knowledgeable and helpful. No issues. I was a little leery after reading a one-star review; however, when I discussed this with the owner, he said he does not do outside plumbing, and that particular customer needed outside plumbing. He said he gave her a referral to someone who does. That seems fair enough to me.

I knew where the leak was because I attempted to fix it myself before I ever called anyone. The first day they came out with just a snake, no hydro cleaning or camera (even though they specifically list that they have a camera on their website) and after they "fixed it" after snaking it twice, digging a large hole in my yard that they did not need to do, the leak came back that night even worse and backed up into the whole house. They came back a second time the next day, with the exact same snake, and did the exact same thing and must have barely broke through enough for it to drain for a couple days because that is all it took and the backup started again. Just call Ponchos.

Wednesday came and went and I did not hear from them so I called on Thursday morning to get an ETA. No answer. After calling someone on the weekend and paying $650 to have the tank pumped, I though we were back in good shape. Nope! The lower level of our home has a kitchen and its sink would barely drain! When I used the upstairs kitchen sink water would back up in downstairs sink! My husband tried snaking it and bought 2 industrial strength drain cleaners but nothing worked. I found Kevin on yelp & gave him a call. I also called 2 other plumbers I found on yelp but Kevin was the first to return my call for help! He came to our house that same afternoon & arrived an hour early too! I'm not exactly sure how he fixed our problem but after working an hour he had it working again! The fee wasn't dirt cheap, but it was definitely not over the top expensive either, it was a fair price that I was happy to pay for this job he did so well! He was very friendly and professional as well as punctual! I'd gladly recommend his services to all my friends & family! If you are looking for a good plumber, look no further! Call this one!

He worked around my schedule to come at a time convenient for me to address the indoor basement bathroom drain clog and made arrangements for Alex to come at the same time to assess my outdoor garden/downspout drain issues. William completed unclogging my drain and, at my request, utilized his camera equipment to inspect my sewer line. He was thorough and patient and spent extra time explaining what the camera showed and made recommendations for addressing any future issues. I considered his work to be of high quality and a good value. I plan to utilize the team to address my outdoor drain issues in the next couple of weeks.
