When they got here, they said that they couldn't do it for the amount quoted. I called the office and she said well, your floors have a buildup and will take more than just a general cleaning. I told her I told you that when I initially spoke with you and you said that's not a problem. I'm very disappointed as I'm on a fixed income, am disabled and therefore unable to keep my floors as clean as they need to be.
