After calling someone on the weekend and paying $650 to have the tank pumped, I though we were back in good shape. Nope! The lower level of our home has a kitchen and its sink would barely drain! When I used the upstairs kitchen sink water would back up in downstairs sink! My husband tried snaking it and bought 2 industrial strength drain cleaners but nothing worked. I found Kevin on yelp & gave him a call. I also called 2 other plumbers I found on yelp but Kevin was the first to return my call for help! He came to our house that same afternoon & arrived an hour early too! I'm not exactly sure how he fixed our problem but after working an hour he had it working again! The fee wasn't dirt cheap, but it was definitely not over the top expensive either, it was a fair price that I was happy to pay for this job he did so well! He was very friendly and professional as well as punctual! I'd gladly recommend his services to all my friends & family! If you are looking for a good plumber, look no further! Call this one!

I live on a boat and have seen more than my fair share of laundromats in the past year. This one is…read moreBY FAR the best I have been to. I only see one of many many machines that is out of order. I see an employee going one by one down a row of machine cleaning them and cleaning the part where you put detergent etc in. Everything is clean, plenty of laundry folding tables, plenty of seating, all the laundry carts roll properly. Restrooms are clean. Prices are on par with other laundromats. Machines look new and are easy to use. A lot of laundromats are ridiculously hot. This one is comfortable to sit in. It's in an area where if you have shopping to do it's nearby. One thing I do not like is having to buy a card. Since I don't live here and won't be back purchasing a card always means I end up with money left on the card. Other than that it's the perfect place to do laundry in Paducah.

I got a brand new burner {normally about $200} for about $15 on eBay, and Randy put it on for his usual fee of $100. It did not. We made an appointment Randy came looked at the fridge tinkered with something and low and behold it was fixed! Took him 5 minutes! I need a new filter. (We just replaced it) I was so thrilled. He then told us to order filter on Amazon it was much cheaper! I was afraid I was going to be out $200 to $300 dollars. Since Randy was here and I had to pay the service charge anyway ($95) I had him clean out our dryer. (I wanted to get my monies worth) Friends I'm not stupid. Randy could have tinkered around and replaced parts that I did not need and I would not have been any wiser. He was honest and did exactly what he should have done. I appreciate good honest service like this.
