Stanley Steamer technicians were very professional. They were prompt, courteous, and careful to ensure the equipment did not disrupt anything in the household. The work was impeccable, the tile looked like new. The sealer gave it the finishing touches. Kitchen and bathroom are ready for the holidays. Extremely pleased Thank you

They frayed and damaged my area rug, it was originally a dark gray and now it is tan.

This was the WORST experience. I spent thousands of dollars for them to stain my couch and ruin 2 of my area rugs. They rushed through, I asked if each of my area rugs would be okay and they said no problem. They stripped the gray color off of one and changed the whole rug to tan. They stained my couch all along the full arm seam. They wrecked another area rug and turned it a light yellow. I have been kind and went through all the proper protocol with customer service and they still have no resolution or update when I will have to replace these 2 expensive area rugs in the bedrooms. I have called them several times today with no answers. Do not do business with them unless you want your furniture and rugs ruined. Stay away, I may be seeing them in small claims courts unless they properly straighten this out.

Been using Stanly Steamer for over 20 years and each time they come. From carpet shampoo, rug cleaning, shampoo the car. Their technicians have been good about asking questions, explaining about each stain, and their process. We had water damage from the building before moving. Water leaked from the ceiling and stained the corner of the bedroom frame boards. Just 2 boards. The first technician who came out said he was going to take them back. After letting him know what happened. We get it delivered back to us almost two weeks later, after following up with them. It was treated as wine stains. (See pictures) we called the customer service to have them come back. A week later the second technician, comes out. We told him that there were water stains and it was treated as wine stains from the notes on the tag. He went into a little more detail about the stains. He tried to treat it, but couldn't do it. We had to call the customer service again. Finally the manager calls to say he's going to have a third technician pick it up and he'll check out to clean it. A third technician came back and picked them up. Cleaned it better but you can still see the stains lightly. The whole time the manager (Manny) never apologized for the inconvenience in the back and forth. When we talked to Manny about this issue his response was "I cleaned it. What do you want me to be sorry about?" Even explaining that having this take a long time. Our lower back is started to hurt from sleeping on just mattress without support we needed to go to acupuncture. So let's get this cleaned up and delivered quicker. His response was just a laugh. All of this from August 16, 2022 came back cleaned September 29, 2022.

We had a great experience with Stanley Steemer (from 841 W Foothill Blvd, Azusa). We had our condo building's lobby floor deep cleaned & grout painted. The floor now is BETTER than it was when the building was new. The grout paint color is EXCELLENT & a great match. We worked with Shawn (sales rep), Steve & Michael (the crew) were all great to work with. Ray (another manager) even stopped by the day of the work and was friendly & helpful with making sure the grout color chosen would work well. We called on a Friday to get a consult & Shawn was out 2 days later on Monday, for the consult & quote. He was flexible with our scheduling. Michael & Steve were the crew that came to do the work & they did a great job with the deep cleaning & painting the grout. They were friendly & helpful. The before & after pictures don't do it justice. The floor looks even BETTER in person. Thank you all for your hard work!

The corner into the closet was left dirty.

I am very disappointed in the job that the technicians did at my home. They did not clean any corners and left the dirt under the jewelry stand. I would not Reccomend Stanley Steamer to anyone. They did not do a good job and were pricey.

They damaged my are rug and and they did not take responsibility for it . DO NOT USE THEM!!! Manny the person I was suppose to speak to regarding my rug was so rude and blaming me that my rug was already damaged. And what he said to me was "like I tell all my customers we are not responsible for any damage on the rugs". My area rug was bought Dec 2021 and I paid $1,200 I figured I would use a company that is knower and I assumed they would know what they are doing .. I was so wrong .. I've had the worst experience with this company and I'm stuck with an area rug that has about 10 spot tennis ball size that look as if the color lifted with the cleaning. But yet they want to say the spots were there already .. I would think the technician would not clean a rug if it looked damaged. Be aware !!! They take no responsibility for things they damage !!!

When it was brought to their attention, without concern, or requesting to see the photos we have, the owner deflected, immediately blaming us and the other trades who didn't create any debris, and he claimed we waited too long to report it (2 months), even though it was still a closed off construction zone that we didn't access, awaiting materials. Total disregard and disrespect to the condition of our home.

Their claim will be exorbitant and they will create more work in order to make the claim more relevant. When the restoration began for an in wall leak. They basically destroyed my living room and the bathroom. They opened walls when there was no damage and created major issues. They found a very small amount of mold and the amount of work they created for this was ridiculous. They even claimed we had to have an environmentalist to make sure the air quality was safe. Of course they changed a fortune for a guy who spoke very little English to put a small machine for 5 minutes and the air was great after we paid their outrageous fee. We are still not done with their repair which began in February. We had a beautiful bathroom with a fantastic faux paint. They brought this guy who tried to re do the faux painting. It came out terrible. Nothing like what we had. The same thing with our fireplace floor which the restoration damaged. The cabinets also came out horrible. The stain is really bad. I could have gone to Home Depot and gotten a better deal. They gave us a list of pricing they sent to the insurance and believe me, they charge for very insignificant things, such as removing and reinstalling a recessed lighting fixture plate. I think it was $45.00 each. The list has pricing for lots of things that were never done. Over charge for EVERYTHING. Unfortunately my husband just keeps writing checks without any accountability. The only thing that was acceptable was the painter. BE AWARE!!! I personally think this is the reason home insurance prices are out of reach for most homeowners. There should be a law to review this kind of abuse. Maybe this is a job for independent journalist Nick Shirley.

Gabriel took the time to walk me through several options based on my budget, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each one. He told me the project would take a little over a week after the mold treatment, but the team finished everything in just four days. The workers were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They also gave me style options for how the room would be put back together. Best of all, the total price ARG charged to tear out the affected areas, treat the mold, and fully restore my bedroom was the same amount another company quoted me just for mold treatment. Rafael has become super unresponsive, kept scheduling with no shows, and pushing back the repair. Then he just stopped responding altogether. Up to this point the repair still has not been done. ARG Service with Rafael was with an insurance claim. It seems to me like they just don't reply after getting paid. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Ray (Financial person) was honesty and made sure the project stayed within budget. There were no surprises. Our experience started with calling their office numerous times and not being able to get through to the correct person to speak with. Communication between Jarrett and his team including the service tech and secretary was so sporadic. They started by looking at our home for possible mold remediation issues and the tech who came to our home said we could do it ourselves but told us he had to call his boss Jarrett and he shared a lot of things we did not need done. Unfortunately the two other companies we reached out to for mold remediation were not helpful so we moved forward with Protech but once our insurance was involved everything changed. The price changed and the communication was horrible. Jarrett even emailed the claims adjuster saying that "I was calm now" because he spoke with me when really the insurance could barely get a hold of him or his company to get information either. He was so unprofessional. His secretary was very kind and when I refused to speak with Jarrett over the phone she did not push me almost like she understood and this wasn't the first time that had happened. The work they finally did took forever and they left the large fans in our home for almost a week instead of overnight then charged us extra for it. The piece was so inflated and the work was bare minimum. We even decided to have a different construction company finish the job and close the holes Protech made to remediate the mold. I know it is hard to find a good company to trust for help with mold but this definitely isn't the one.
