The prices were slightly raised this year, but overall was still a good experience. They have all sorts of pumpkins and jumpers for the kids. They even have an inflatable maze and paintball area. Kids who are easily overwhelmed by crowds may enjoy it here. They have a store specializing in smaller, almost hand-held pumpkins and you'll still see a little haystack maze with pumpkins. They also have like three funhouses and a few carnival games. Extremely difficult to catapult a rubber frog into a lily pad - physics just aren't in your side! For food, they have full concession stands with various goodies on a stick plus ice cream. The pumpkin stores used to sell pumpkin pie but I think its just chips and popcorn now. I've noticed that many parents just find an area to sit and barely keep an eye on their child. Sometimes some of the more popular jumpers/slides can get really full with kids and you really need to be watching them. And if you don't, don't get mad if another parent has to step in because your child is being mean, a bully, or pushing other children out of the way. As my child was coming out of a jumper (literally in the entrance/exit), another child just runs over and pushed her out of the way and said Move so he could get inside.

I've called about 5 or 6 times now, and it's always a long long wait before anyone picks up. Last time, someone answered, but she's talking to someone in front of her, who's arguing about something he bought. No matter how many times you say hello, she can't be bothered to attend to the customer on the phone which she, for some unknown reason, answered, even though she wasn't ready to speak to the customer. Why on earth would you answer the phone if you're still talking to someone else? The other day i was put on hold forever.
