Well.... he was wrong! If we had been given the facts, a permit would have cost us about $450.00. We paid him $6,500.00 to do the work and then the City came to us and hit us with a $16,000.00 fine. The City of Redding will not waive the fine! When we tried to talk with Bill's Tree Service and ask for our money back due to their error, they told us to basically kick rocks.
