The…read moreschedulingdepartment​ are not the brightest bulbs and due to this and the constant behind schedule along with the rudeness of staff it definitely makes you choose another imaging place. The scheduler though I told the exact height and weight of my mother needing a scan due to an injury was in extreme pain made her appt at a facility which had the smallest MRI I've ever seen. I spent 3 hours trying to call the actual facility and no one ever picked up so had no idea if there was parking even though I asked the scheduler. So we had to park on the street. Then qe get there, mom is basically crying in pain and I took off of work and there was parking with validation from them. Apparently none of the information I gave was sent and they were suprused she was tall. They told me to make an appt at the other location on Wilshire which was my original request to the scheduler. I went to the front desk she had no idea where on Wilshire it was located or what scan to send over. I had to teach her. Then i had to take additional day off for this scan so Im out hundreds of dollars and they told me to be here at 1:45. In my stupidity I came early. 3:15 is when we get called in. I then tell the front desk that we had already done two of the scans the day before which they didnt know. I then told the guy who wheeled my mother in. I sit down and say hey I better confirm qere doing the Hip scan first because we dont need the other one which I had told two people. I told some guy sitting at the a computer, no idea who he is but one of the medical assistant was also there. His reply was No one told me. First who are you? Oh your the guy actually doing the scan. How would I know that? How would I know me telling the staff that we want to do the hip done first would go to the correct person. I dont work here. How do I know what is said to one person would not be told yo the main person. There was no notice theyre running late no communication at all. This place thinks they have only one choice for imaging but thats not true. Also the first placetold me they would send the image. But what I see is I need to request a disc. Like people are trying so hard to get jobs and these people who have jobs just dont care. Ive been to way better imaging places in the area and suggeat everyone go there.

Her calm demeanor and attention to detail truly made a difference. The front desk staff Dolly was equally outstanding -- welcoming, efficient, and genuinely caring. Check-in was smooth, and they were happy to answer questions with a friendly attitude. It's clear that this team values patient comfort and excellent service. I'm very grateful for such a positive experience and would highly recommend this facility.

    Unacceptable Short-Notice Rescheduling and Lack of Communication - Olga Meyer…read moreDear Dr. Chandak, I am writing to bring a severe matter regarding your office's scheduling and communication practices to your immediate attention. An MRI was scheduled for me, Olga Meyer, for this coming Sunday, June 14th. This appointment was confirmed approximately two to three weeks ago. However, today--Friday, June 12th--less than 48 hours before the scheduled procedure, I received a text message abruptly stating that my appointment must be rescheduled to Monday. Following this notice, my husband attempted to contact your office five separate times to resolve this issue. Not a single call was answered, nor have we received any return communication. This level of service is entirely unacceptable. Forcing a patient to shift an appointment from a weekend to a workday on such short notice is a major disruption. Furthermore, leaving a patient completely unable to reach anyone to discuss the change is a terrible business practice that severely damages client trust. Please be advised that I am contacting the law firm that coordinated this referral to formally complain about this experience and ensure they are aware of how their clients are being treated. I expect a prompt response to resolve this situation immediately.
