I have been a patient at your practice for several months and have always had positive experiences until today. My appointment was scheduled for 5:15 PM, and I arrived early at 5:03 PM. Understanding that the provider was running behind due to a busy waiting room, I waited patiently. At 5:26 PM, once the doctor became available, another patient who had arrived just a few minutes prior was called in ahead of me. When I asked the receptionist for clarification, I was informed that the other patient also had a 5:15 PM appointment. Given that I had been waiting for 23 minutes while the other individual arrived after 5:20 PM, prioritizing them over a patient who arrived early is unacceptable. This experience demonstrated a lack of respect for my time and highlighted significant issues with your scheduling practices and front-desk management. As a result, I will no longer be returning to this practice, nor can I recommend your services to others. I strongly suggest re-evaluating your scheduling procedures and providing additional customer service training for your reception staff. read more

But since a vital part of any business is customer service, I now have enough experience with this business to write one. Using their web form, I inquired multiple times over multiple days about services offered and prices, none of which were responded to. I have been visiting Dr. Allison since January of this year when I moved to the Vista area. I have seen chiropractors regularly in my adult life, and Dr. Allison is the best I have worked with. For instance, she asked something I have never been asked before on my first visit, which is what kind of adjustments I like and dislike. I have found that chiropractors usually just do what they always do, and that's that. Not Dr. Allison, thankfully. She is knowledgeable and shared specific stretches to help me with the areas that tend to get stressed. Dr. Stamos helped this first time mom getting moving again! I starting having back and pelvic floor issues 6 months after delivery of my child. Dr. Stamos had me come in for weekly adjustments and she created an individualized stretching plan and I was soon able to move throughout my day without pain again. Now that my child is almost 2 years old I had to return to Dr. Stamos for help with a shoulder that had become jammed and was restricting my range of motion. Again she had me come in for weekly adjustments, recommended stretches that helped alleviate pain in between my appointments, and I took advantage of the massage services offered at her office. Wonderful. Simply wonderful. Dr Alison is caring, knowledgeable, and great at what she does! I play hockey on a regular basis. A couple weeks ago I overdid it and found myself in unusual pain that just wouldn't go away. I couldn't tell if it was my hip, my back, my butt, my whatever. I called up Dr Alison and set an appointment. I was greeted by Ivette (who is also amazing by the way), who helped me fill out the necessary paperwork. Dr Alison saw me promptly, put me through some exercises, and quickly ascertained I was a third right! I pulled an ass muscle (albeit slightly embarrassing, I was oddly proud at my ability to pull something I didn't know I could). She moved some stuff around, slipped me into place, and gave me some exercises to rehab me back into shape! A week later I was back on the rink, back to my old self. After enduring back and pelvic pains all throughout my pregnancy in 2014 and ultimately having backlabor and baby being positioned poorly for delivery, a midwife mentioned that I should have seen a chiropractor who specializes in the Webster technique to avoid some of these "complications". When I found out I was expecting baby #2 in March 2017 I immediately started searching for a Webster certified chiropractor. I found Dr. Alison through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) website and started seeing her weekly at 17 weeks. Dr. Alison was fantastic starting with the first visit. She always has a smile on her face and is very caring, listens, and genuinely wants to help relieve your discomforts and in my case help me have an easier pregnancy, labor and delivery. She is very knowledgeable in her field and explains everything that she is doing, tells you what needs work and what to do at home to get the most out of your adjustments. She was always ontime for our appointments. Her office staff is fantastic, always friendly and helpful. I also love the e-mails and text message appointment reminders. The weekly adjustments definitely helped with my pregnancy aches and pains allowing me to chase and carry a very active 3yr old without pain. Often times chiropractic care during pregnancy can make labor shorter and less painful, while I can't speak to length of labor (both were induced and right around 6-7hrs from start to baby in my arms so it definitely didn't prolong labor), I know for a fact that it made labor much less painful. I delivered both of my sons without any type of pain medication but my first had me second guessing myself and asking to at least speak to the anesthesiologist. This delivery I was able to labor and deliver without the thought of an epidural even crossing my mind. Baby was positioned perfectly this time thanks to my weekly adjustments. I went back to Dr. Alison 2 weeks post partum and continue to see her now. I also have her treating my baby for neck tightness and reflux. She is so gentle and calming my normally fussy baby almost fell asleep during the treatment and actually sat in his carseat without crying while she did my adjustment. I do and would recommend Dr. Alison to anyone looking for chiropractic care but especially for any Mommy to be that wants a more comfortable pregnancy and easier labor/delivery. read more
