I have been going to Dr. Ala Ashi for years now and he is the best Chiropractor Doctor I have gone to. No BS like other places, like making a consultation and sells you treatments that will cost you $3000 to $6000 dollars. He is not just a doctor, he is compassionate! Ana is great! read more

I saw Dr. Khalid Al-Ashi at the gym that I go to. He was kind enough to take a look at an old shoulder and knee injury that I got a couple of years ago playing soccer. Now I have never gone to a Chiropractor before because I was a little scared, but Dr. Al-Ashi educated me on what Chiropractors do and how he could help me. I thought all Chiropractors do is crack spines, but boy was I wrong! I made an appointment the next day to see him at his office The staff where so nice and helpful. I was amazed at the amount of cracks that came out of my whole body. He also worked on the muscles that were misfiring by breaking up the knots using various tools and techniques. Being an athlete, this tends to be the kind of treatment my body needs. Dr. Al-Ashi is a sports medicine based Chiropractor, he had so much knowledge to offer. I highly recomend you don't miss out especially if you are a bit scared like me. He's a fantastic doctor who cares about his patients. I know I have ways to go with my journey of health, but I have my full trust in Dr. Al-Ashi to take me to the next level! read more

I started seeing Dr. Khalid after my total knee replacement to get back into alignment because after so many years of compensating, my hips and posture were out of whack! This was very noticeable once I hit the gym and started lifting again. I believe Dr. Khalid is a very caring doctor whose primary concern is ensuring your return to well-being. He certainly is accomplishing that with me. Always a pleasure, always educational. Unfortunately, he doesn't share this, but he also used to be a Physical Trainer, which is a plus because he knows precisely what you are experiencing, and if you follow his advice, your recovery is in the bag. I highly recommend Dr. Khalid. to all fitness and sports enthusiasts. There is absolutely no reason you should be in pain. Thank you, Dr. Khalid. Rose read more

I have been seeing chiropractors all my life, but without exaggeration, Dr. Al-Ashi has been the most informative, caring, and has been the only chiropractor thus far to treat my chronic migraines and sciatic pain. These things keep me up all night and can be very debilitating, but after a couple of treatments, I went from a 10 pain to 4 pain. It's amazing how knowledgeable he is and how good he is at explaining things so that I can understand to be "equipped with better tools" as he says. I am 5 weeks into my treatment, I am 8 months pregnant, and I can say with confidence that he's the best chiropractor I have ever seen, a true healer. Highly recommended, and you would be doing a disservice to yourself by not seeing him! Thank you Dr. Al-Ashi. read more

I highly recommend Dr Al-Ashi for chiropractic care! I used to see Dr Russ here who recently retired. Transitioning to Dr Al-Ashi has been seamless and pleasant. Like Dr Russ, Dr Al-Ashi is friendly, very knowledgeable, and always makes me feel much better before I even leave the office. His treatments help me so much with my headaches and other issues. And if you don't have insurance, his cash prices are very good. I recommend doing the 10 minutes of the roller table after each session :-) read more

Dr.'s Russ and Kimberly are ANGELS sent from above! Dr. Kimberly has successfully used Craniosacral Therapy for my chronic vertigo symptoms from a debilitating TBI injury in 2011. Dr. Russ' precise and gentle release techniques has managed my chronic neck and joint pain so I can continue to study, work and live nearly pain free. They masterfully practice loving and caring skills that go beyond medicine. I have completed my Bachelors and Masters degree as well as PASSED a six hour state licensure exam, largely because they have managed my debilitating symptoms for the last nine years. I first came to Comprehensive Health & Chiropractic in 2009 because of chronic migraines. I had a 6 month old daughter at the time, and all the other doctors I had gone to wanted to give me medication that was not safe to use while nursing. I decided to try chiropractic since it had helped me in the past with other issues. After meeting with Dr. Russ, he suggested I meet with his wife, Dr. Kimberly, in addition to my regular adjustments from him. I met with Dr. Kimberly and decided to begin treatment with her. With her guidance, I changed my diet, started to take supplements, and received treatments from both Dr. Kimberly and Dr. Russ a few times a month. Within the first month, I was already noticing immediate changes, my headaches went from daily, to a few a week, to a few a month, to a mild one every few months. This was all in less than half a year. Dr. Kimberly was also able to help me cut down on my acid reflux medication by 75%! I have taken all 3 of my children to both Dr. Kimberly and Dr. Russ for different ailments and had amazing success every time. I have recommended countless friends to the practice. Everyone I have referred has told me that they have had a very positive experience and have thanked me for such a great referral. I'm so thankful to have found Comprehensive Health & Chiropractic, for they have helped me lead a healthier, happier life! Kat Post read more

In short, I had a lot of problems and Dr. Al-Ashi at the Comprehensive Wellness center joyfully solved all of them. I continue to see him as a regular part of my personal care. I started treatment with head aches that were a major problem and completely debilitated me for 3 years. Dr. Al-Ashi found the solution, gave me ways to keep the issue from returning. I came in with pain in my hip and lower back. Again, Dr. found the solution, treated it, and gave me ways to keep it from returning. No need to see the physical therapist this time. I have had a problem in both elbows for nearly 10 years that has kept me from playing guitar or rock climbing. It got so bad, I gave up on guitar and rock climbing all together. Once again, Dr. found the problems, all of them, and now I'm back at the climbing gym and playing guitar with my friends and family. Now that these issues are solved, I am a lot more active. Oh yeah, I'm around the age of 30, so I finally feel the way I'm supposed to feel thanks to this place. read more

I have seen both Dr Russ and Dr Kimberly, and both are very good at what they do. Dr Russ does the traditional chiropractic treatments, and has excellent bedside manner. When I first started coming, and didn't know much about what to expect, he talked me through everything he was doing so that I'd feel comfortable. Dr Kimberly does a very different side of chiropractic, where she focuses on healing you through complex disorders and she also works with pregnant women too. She is wonderful at what she does!!! I would highly recommend this chiropractic center! read more

I had some pretty serious stomach issues. I did not want to put anymore chemicals into my body because of the prescription meds I'm already on that are already doing a number on me. If I went to a gastroenterologist all they would do is run a million tests that would cost me a ton of money and put me on more prescription meds. I told Dr Kimberly what I was going through and she said to me, let me help you I know I can heal you. Brought tears to my eyes because of all I was going through. I went in skeptical but I was so willing to give it a shot. She worked miracles on me. She KNEW what was wrong without me saying a word. I'm on natural remedies that have had no side effects and are actually working. I am so thankful for what she has done for me. Please don't blow this off as a lot of "hocus pocus". It's amazing and I could not be happier with the results. She cares and wants to heal you. read more

Highest recommendation! I have been working with Dr. Kimberly for well over a year now. I came to her practice seeking relief from a myriad of health challenges that were keeping me from being available to run my business and enjoy my life. I am very sensitive to energies and to having manual adjustments, as well as, to supplements, so it was critical that my practitioner be sensitive to these needs. I have found all that in Dr. Kimberly. She can meet me at any level I need to work - physical, mental, emotional - and that is a rare combination. Her dedication and caring to those in her care is of the utmost integrity. She has supported my healing process with the excellent supplements she carries and is always very specific and focused when she recommends something. A few I have taken made an improvement in my health that same day I started taking them! Even though Chiropractic is the main focus of treatment in this office, it is only part of the wealth of knowledge, experience, and selection of healing modalities and tools Dr. Kimberly has available. Her directive is natural healing and she keeps many tools and products under her belt as everybody is different. I love being able to have a treatment and then do a monthly ion foot detox right there in the office. And the massage therapists are excellent. Dr. Kimberly and her staff make available many payment options and take insurance as well. In addition, the office staff is amazing - professional, personable, and compassionate. read more

I had been going to Dr. Kimberly for about a year when she mentioned to me that she also loved to work with children. Dr. Kimberly had changed my life for the better with my severe illness & issues, so I was thrilled that I could have my kids come to her as well. My oldest daughter sucked her thumb and my youngest is very accident prone. They both love coming to her office to get adjusted and my oldest daughter said she felt 'lighter and better' after the first visit. Dr. Kimberly has a passion for helping children and it shows in how she interacts with them and how she explains what she is doing for them. She even squeezed me in very early one morning to see my youngest as she had croup before we were supposed to get on a flight the next day. She helped open up her lungs and suggested ways to continue her healing. My daughter was much better the following day to leave on our trip. Dr. Kimberly's commitment to excellent treatment and her integrity are hard to find these days! We have been seeing her for about 3 years and will continue to do so to maintain our overall health. read more

I used a groupon deal and got x-rays, an adjustment, and a 60 minute massage for $27 bucks. Great deal. Very sweet staff, and my massage was really good. I immediately felt better afterwards. I'm going to go back when there are some more specials! 70 bucks is a bit steep for my pocketbook. read more

A few months ago, I took my sister to Dr. Russ's office. She had been having back problems and couldn't drive herself. I was very impressed by the front desk receptionist, McKayla. She was kind, helpful and super confident in her job. There was a mixup with my sister's appointment time which was really stressful. I had taken time off work to drive her to this appointment. McKayla pulled some strings and was able to squeeze her in so that we didn't have to reschedule. She was very personable and empathetic. Hang on to her. Great customer service. read more

Dr Kimberly is far and away the best holistic healer I've found and that is a good thing! She is sincerely concerned with her patient's health. Dr Kimberly is compassionate, knowledgeable, empathetic and listens. Her integrated knowledge of chiropractic and physiology has been so effective for both specific pain and overall health. Dr. Kimberly has an understanding of nutrition that is incredible; she shares her wealth of information in classes that she offers for free. I have been truly impressed with her hands-on treatment and her ability to look beyond the physical, in: restoring and preserving health, recommending lifestyle changes, focusing on who I am and what is creating the issues, along with sound dietary advice and prudent use of supplements. After working with her I feel more competent to care for myself, and most of all, result in me feeling better both physically and emotionally. She has a passion for her work and it shows. If you are considering working with Dr. Kimberly and using her service I give her and her staff my highest recommendation, without reservation. My 6yr old daughter and I got hit in an accident on July 6,2015. I suffered some back injuries and other stuff as well as my daughter. As soon as I walked into the office Juliana and Diane welcomed us. Juliana even helped me fill out some of the paperwork because I couldn't sit upright, everyone is super sweet. When I met Dr. Russell he took some x-rays of my daughter night and went through everything with us and started giving us adjustments right away thankfully my daughter is doing awesome from her back and I am doing better as well, might still need some more adjustments but I know i'm in good hands with Dr. Russell. read more

Really enjoy coming here, and they always seem able to fit us in when we need to be seen. I had a displaced rib from an accident. Medical doctors said it was just sore and that there was nothing that could be done. They recommended OTC pain meds and ice or heat compresses. I was in terrible pain and I could feel (and see) that things were out of place. Dr. Revilla was able to get me some relief immediately. I continued to visit him for adjustments, and in a few weeks I felt almost back to normal, confident that healing was not just possible but inevitable. We will continue to go to CHCC. I'm looking forward to sessions with Dr. Rollheiser, as well, for a more comprehensive approach to overall health. read more
