This has to be the worst chiropractor visit. I've ever experienced. 5 people in one room getting on massage tables. Then in the adjustment. Has two tables and 5 people standing around watching you get an adjustment. Then the doctor is in such a hurry. He didnt he even listen to adjust both side of my neck. I'm in such bad pain. He is very knowledgeable on the field and takes the time to listen to your problem while providing helpful tips to alleviate your pain and great advise on exercises you can do at home. Horrible!!! Made me walk down public hallway in an open gown, endless spam mail, very unprofessional, dirty office.

I have suffered with headaches and hip pain for years, and took NSAIDS and Imitrex to temporarily relieve the pain. I started with Dr. Joe about 3 weeks ago. After taking xrays, he diagnosed me with osteoporosis and arthritis. He prescribed a full treatment regimine from Omega 3 instead of NSAIDS, frequent adjustments which have given me relief from headaches, exercises plus I joined Crunch Gym, ice therapy, and massage with Paula. Dr. Joe's Staff, Miriam and Leti, are such assets to the office. I have never experienced such a smooth and efficient operation. I've never waited more than 2 minutes and they even babysat my grandson during my adjustments. They are a full service office, providing evaluation, education (new patient orientation), recommended pharmaceuticals, the perfect pillow, insurance billing, and therapeutic massage. I've been coming here since mid summer and have been seeing Dr. G. My back pain went from an 8 to a 2 on my bad days! It's not a crack and go place as they give you exercises to do and have you on the traction table if needed. I went from going 2-3 days a week to once every 2 weeks. I didn't have to wait long at all before getting checked out. Dr. H took some quick xrays and told me exactly what the problem was. At that point I just wanted the pain gone. I was willing to do whatever it took. He was very informative on what type of treatment was needed and very patient in answering the questions I had. Unfortunately my experience with this clinic was not the best. After signing paperwork I was waiting in the room, and I don't mind waiting, I work in the medical field so I know how it is, but the problem was they left the door open, so I could hear them, and I was only waiting because the physician was just catching up with his peers for the better part of an hour. I will say the alignments did feel good! He definitely knows what he's doing. But overall he seemed rushed, uninterested, and mainly concerned with getting me to come back multiple times to draw out the appointments instead of treating my back pain. For example he took X-rays, but couldn't go over them until two more appointments had passed? Even though I specifically said I didn't want that, and wanted him to recommend stretches/exercises to do. He didn't want to give me any of that information either in "this appointment". Didn't make sense to me at all so I didn't come back. It seemed like he had a set formula for every patient that he ran them through, and that doesn't work well in medicine. Everybody's different. I work two jobs, go to school, and have chronic back pain so finally setting aside the time to do something about it and go to a chiropractor was a big step for me, unfortunately it didn't go far and I'm back where I started. Sorry I don't like giving poor reviews but I had to this time. The front staff was also super kind. I noticed a lot of good reviews too so maybe it was just a bad day. read more
